Decent gym if you compare it to a high school weight lifting class. The workers are always rude and act like you inconvenience them just by being there.

Great gym very clean. Gym is not over crowded and plenty of things to keep you going. Price is right too only 10 a month.

Awesome place, but not being 24 hours on Fri Sat Sun really sucks. When all the locations in Kansas city are 24/7 it has made me think about switching... please change the hours

I joined planet fitness January of 2016. The second time i went i tore my ackelies and had to go to the hospital. Found out i would have to be in a boot for a while to heal. So I went back the next day and spoke to the gentlemen who signed me up and explained i would have to cancel my membership since i was injured. He told me no problem. I asked do i need to pay the cancellation fee or sign anything. He told me since i just signed up i wouldn't need to. So i told him thank you and left. Well in August 2017 i changed banks and got a text message from planetfitness that my payment didnt go through, I was SHOCKED cause i cancelled in January 2016. So come to find out planetfitness has been taking money out of my account for 1 year and 8 months without my knowledge. It was over 400 hundred dollars. So i went up to planet fitness and asked for my refund since i was told i was cancelled and the Club Manager Brichele Kinney was very rude and said her hands where tied and she couldnt approve a refund. So i asked to talk to someone over her and she refused to help me and said, " I will not give you any names or phone numbers" And i told her I had cancelled. Then she said," Not my problem" with a smile. So i left and am still very upset they took over 400 hundred dollars from me without my permission. I will never go back because they are liars and thieves.

Planet Fitness is a quiet gym for working out either alone or with friends. It is centrally located to many places, including the University, and has one of the lowest fees in town. Those seeking a laid-back workout without the pressures of a large gym will find a good fit here. Even at peak hours there is an abundance of machines, as well as circut training and free weights.

Best bang for you buck in a gym. Large volume of equipment decreases the likelihood of having to wait on a machine. There are still, however, customers here who camp out on machines in between sets. More customer education needed

Small, but all of the amenities are there and it's a very clean place. Watch out for peak hours after high-school and college classes let out for the day. This is a popular gym for youngsters and the elderly due to its affordable pricing and trendy attitude.

My wife and I have been going here regularly for a little over a year now and we love it. The workers are really nice and helpful. There's usually plenty of equipment (unless you go during a real peak time) and the others who work out here always seem pleasant and try to stay out of each other's way.We go early in the morning and the crowd is small so you can easily use any equipment you want to at anytime. Also, the price is unbeatable compared to other gyms in the area.

Some of the guy workers are very rude an mean to the ladys at gym. I think the owner needs to rethink half of them. Never again will I let my wife or son go back. I have seen alot of people treated wrong there an when you try an tell some one they say well you can leave very rude place !
