I never got my black card “extras”(the shirt), and you still can’t use everything. Appears clean but there wasn’t anyone making sure things were actually sanitized between uses, during a pandemic.

Went in, Stood at the desk watching employees on their phones not acknowledging me and I had to say “ Hey I’m here for a membership” finally someone came up and showed me I can do it online. REALLY! Do you not need memberships during Covid? Meh I’ll go somewhere else! Probably won’t get a response like most of your negative reviews, yeah I check. GOOD LUCK WITH YOU BUSINESS!

Seems to have many members that dont follow the covid 19, dont wipe equipment off when done using it and the employees just hang out at the main counter and continues to be on their phones or hanging out together and not helping and or answering questions at the counter. They also don't wear face masks either. Lots of violations in many ways at This location

Worried about seeing me eye wear to tan. But one station had no spray with paper towels. Another further away had spray and no towels. But make me dig through my gym bag just to show my eye wear. Been a member for 4yrs will be looking for a new gym. The new management and crew is not the same . very sad

Nice clean place. Employees don't really wear or enforce mask rules at all. They don't have branch presses or squat racks, only Smith machines which are really injurious to shoulder if you try to bench. Other than pretty solid.
