The gym itself is decent but be wary. They make canceling memberships harder than it needs to be. If you move out of the area but within 50 miles, they require you to cancel membership in person regardless if it would be 2 hours round trip.

The gym is clean and nice. Not many machines. I have been a part of this gym for a while now and I am moving so I wanted to switch gyms I called the gym several times and no answer. I finally received an email on the 4th of September and let them know I was moving provided them with mail with my new address as is their policy. I was told I would be billed another $50 on October because I did not contact them 30 days before. Yet I did contact them and I finally got in touch with them through email on the 4th of September. 2 DAYS before the the “30 days” so i will be charged an additional $50 in September simply because they responded to me later. This is very poor customer service and I 100% do not recommend. Clearly all they care about is the money.

Came in as guests from out of town.A lot of great equipment, so you can find the style of Fitness training that works for you. Sports Performance, powerlifting, functional training, and classic machines and a range of cardio equipment make this a well-rounded facility. Plenty of space, nice patrons, clean floors. Everything you could want from a fitness facility!

One of my all time favorite gyms. Love the space and the outdoor patios. Staff is great. Spacious locker-rooms.

Incredibly inconvenient during cardinals games if you come after work 5-6pm. Gym is fine but not worth the hassle of fighting huge crowds in the parking lot and deck from April-October/November

The gym itself was extremely nice, well equipped, and clean. My biggest issue was the lack of professionalism and customer service amongst its management team. A simple billing issue went unacknowledged for 5 months, even after multiple requests to the management team to have it resolved. Calls unreturned and emails unanswered became the norm and eventually the corporate office had to get involved. Do not waist your money on a membership at this location.

Nice gym, new equipment and clean locker rooms. Class schedule is lacking. The parking is a problem on games days. they have limited channels on the TV so I wasn’t able to watch March madness games during my Thursday abs Friday mid day workout. If I had known this I would have went to a bar for lunch and did 12oz curls. In all seriousness the gyms weights are all cardinals branded and you can’t watch sports during you workout, kind of weird

I've been a member for almost a month now and there's some good and things that aren't great. The biggest bad thing is there's no flexibility in their plans. They only have one year contracts, and from what I've heard, the process of getting out of them if you move can be painful. Plus it's very expensive and you don't get much extra on the higher tier plan (just towels, the massage chair, and a guest pass which you can only use twice). Also the hours could be better. The equipment selection is good but they only have ez bar barbells (no straight or adjustable barbells) and the free weight area gets crowded at peak hours. The parking lot is nice and close, but you only get 2 hours when you scan in. I do long workouts and if I want to shower that's not enough for me. Honestly it's only as nice as any of the updated Club Fitness locations, but twice the price and only includes one location. It's a nice gym certainly, and if you live nearby it might be a good deal, but otherwise I don't think it's worth it.

I am in St. Louis visiting from Nashville Tennessee..... Decided to stop in for a workout! The front desk staff was super friendly. Not only was the workout equipment and prestine condition, but I especially liked the technology of the equipment.... it kind of "rocks with your body" as you use it, which makes it really gentle on your joints.. The locker rooms were also in excellent condition and very clean.

Very nice gym and all the staff was helpful until I wanted to cancel my membership due to COVID-19. On June 24th I received an email that the gym was reopening and in that email, it gave customers the option to freeze their account. I froze my account, or so I thought I did.... and even received an email that my account freeze was received. I checked my statements and I was charged membership fees for not only August, but also September. I contacted member services and spoke to a Jared Blasingame, he said he would take care the account. Two weeks later nothing. I reached back out again and spoke to a Brian Ferrari and got the run around again. Finally, on August 20th customer service they would refund my money, back on my card and I still have not received a refund on my card. Check your account and check it closely. I was very satisfied with the gym membership up until this point where there was not an actually account manager I could talk to. Enrolling for the gym was easy, but if you have problems with your account, I hope you have a lot of patience.
