I have never loved working out very much, but I decided to give OTF downtown St Pete a try last year, starting slow (1/week). Well I love it so much, the team and coaches are really awesome, they helped me ease back into working out and there is always a challenge going on to motivate you. A year later I am now working out 4-5 times a week and I love it. I just regret not signing up earlier!

Orange theory is the best total body workout program, period. If you haven’t tried it, do it. This is the best money I have ever spent on my health and wellness. The downtown location is awesome. It has a great layout, friendly staff, and excellent coaches. If you choose Orange Theory, select the downtown location!

I love Orange Theory because I have a trainer that will guide, motivate, and instruct me through the 1 hour workout. I like the fact that it is non-stop and the music is amazing.
