I have only gone to two sessions and love it. I signed up Monday after my first “free” class. The trainers are knowledgeable and provide clear instruction. I never got bored. Tired and sore, but not bored

They have lost a lot of members and have eliminated convenient-hour classes. For example, their last Friday class is at 4:15pm. Seriously? Some people have to work and cannot go during the day. It's not my fault that attendance is down. I'm still paying the full amount of my bill, so don't punish me because you can't fill up classes.

Truly an awful experience dealing with management at this OT studio, I have called several times because I am being overcharged for my membership and the manager never gets back to me despite having the staff at the front desk send them consistent emails. It is truly a shame because the coaches are great, however the manager's complete disregard for me has truly made me reconsider being a part of this gym - by the end of the year all of my over charges will allot to about $300. I've also heard from other members that this is a "common occurrence"

Great gym. Very new and updated. Lots of class times offered. The membership is pricey but, definitely worth the money. Would recommend.

Great staff as well as coaches. Love the cross training format of the classes. I am always motivated to push myself during the classes.

I told them that i will cancel my membership because i will be travelling, i signed a paperwork but they said they will just hold it, they did not told me that i will pay $15 dollars a month for the hold, then after 2 months they billed me for monthly membership again, i called them and told them that i will cancel my membership they said i need to come for my paperworks but they will not cancel my membership until December so it means i will pay another month before they will cancel it and i need to sign a cancelation paper before i get cancelled . I am so disappointed. And the costumer service is horrible as if they are mad at you.Not worth it, it will stressed you out aside that they are expensive.

Amendment. Although I do love the workouts, I had to cancel due to relocation. I called the front desk to ask about cancelling...of course you have to come in-in person to cancel. I asked how far in advance they need the cancellation to stop billing. I was informed ANYTINE up until the day before my auto draft date. I finally made it in today (17 days before my auto draft date) and I'm informed that I'll be drafted again this month--it has to be 30 days advance notice. Even though you think they're doing good for your health, IT IS A BUSINESS and they will do whatever they can to get your money.

Orange theory has the worst cancellation policy. While most gyms make you sign cancellation forms, of course orange theory down town st Pete takes it to the extreme. Per their manager they can’t Email cancellation forms, because they can’t verify your identity... even if you confirm account info address credit card numbers etc. Not good enough for them. In 2018 I’m not sure how that makes sense! Hello, you have a digital app to book classes but you can’t email a cancellation form-that’s definitely a tactic to make members miss billing period cut offs for cancellations! You have to waste time out of your day to physically go on site to sign a form for them. Seems archaic and definitely an inconvenience. I’ve had two previous Orange theory memberships at two other studios and have not dealt with this. I guess any way they can delay your membership cancellation seems legit to them.Regarding your below reply... it’s not 2 minutes, but I understand your attempt to simplify. I’ve got to coordinate a time to come to your 1 specific studio to sign the paperwork during your business hours. In reality it’s going to be more like 40 minutes out of my day. Again to make this clear I have no issue giving you written authorization and signing a form. I’ve made multiple attempts to request the form by email to provide the authorization. Your associate was able to email me the original contact I signed but somehow your studio can’t manage to email cancellation forms- because it’s your policy. What your policy actually seems to be is an in person cancellation, not a written cancellation as your studio keeps saying.

My workouts are about my personal abilities, challenges, and progress. It's a non-competitive environment, yet I still compete with ME! Pretty cool. The coaches give me a solid 'itinerary' of what we'll be doing. They 'coach' (challenge me) so I do my best.Any time I'm having an issue with a particular move, guidance on a stretch, or just need a little confidence boost, the coaches are there without being intrusive.I'm hooked. I see progress. I have fun. It's an hour 'for me'.Love it!

So glad I'm at OTF; the workouts and people (coaches & staff) are excellent! Music gets you going and the coaches keep you on track. There are a lot class time choices you can make and you have the option to select a different day/time for each class. I started going 2-3 times a week, then went basically everyday. I recently just completed 4 consecutive days.
