Otf saved my life! I am 47 and have never felt better. I have been going for about a year. In June I had a major fall while rock climbing. The doctors said I recovered sp well because I had been working out. The strategy is all about health, heart, longevity. The coaxhes are great with lots if motivating activities. Its challenging but so worth it.

Motivating coaches, well maintained equipment and a spacious studio. Good availability on most classes. Well worth the monthly fee.

I love this place. All the coaches are supportive, the desk staff is amazingly friendly and the members are friendly.

Had a quick inquiry to call in to the team, super quick and responsive. Their manager and head of the location, Brianna, is absolutely amazing and so easy to interact with! Keep being amazing, y'all!

The coaches are AWESOME and gives you the feeling of a personal trainer. The setup is small and the coaches pay close attention to each individual.

The new manager at this specific orange theory seems off. She kind of accused me of hanging up them after trying to collect a canceled credit card… also she seems to have somewhat of an attitude. (Talks with no real sense of care.) The coaches are GREAT! But this front desk experience upset me.

Perfectly located in St Pete’s downtown. Very friendly stuff, great aesthetics inside the studio. Convenient working hours – starting at 5am.Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL coaches and great diversity of programs.The best studio in St Pete.

I do love Orange Theory classes and the coaches in downtown St Pete But I would warn future members and current members on their inconsistent policies that change monthly depending on who is working there that month. God forbid that you have an emergency once or twice a year and call the studio ahead of time to change a class time ….. to a different time, they will still charge you. Even if the class is not full. Even As a Premium member. The manager stated the coaches get paid by the number of people that actually attend the class. It also depends on the day,time, manager…….. they will make exceptions for one member and not others. Be well aware of the policies before joining and get charged even more each month on top of what you already pay.

So, my gf and I moved to St. Petersburg from Seattle and decided to switch from running outside to a group workout. We tried 1 class of F45, Yoga, Gym, and Orange Theory Fitness (OTF). Not only was OTF the friendliest group, but the environment is amazing: great treads, cool rowers, best music, and a dark room so people don't see you struggle. As a stat guy it’s nice to see everything post-workout on my phone including heartbeat, mileage, calories, etc. so I know how many burgers & beers I can have after. Unlike regular group fitness, these trainers don't just lead but will help you complete exercises the right way – basically personal trainers for 1/8 of the price! Also, I love that front desk cheers you on just for showing up and everyone makes you feel part of the family. I encourage everyone to give it a try and like Game of Thrones, it's a bit overwhelming at first, but once it clicks you will never stop. Big shout out to Brady, Ellie, Hillary, Boris, Stephanie, and Delaney for being gym superhero's (trainers). P.S. Want a goal, Boris runs 8 mph on the treadmill for his casual base pace.

Orangetheory is always an amazing workout, but this location is fantastic! I recently visited St. Pete for a two-week trip, and they made me feel so welcomed - both front desk staff and coaches took the time to learn my name even though I was only there for two weeks! I will definitely be back any time I am in the area. It was a nice welcoming bit of home/routine for me on vacation!
