After about a 5 year hiatus from lifting, I was having a hard time finding a gym I felt comfortable and motivated in. Tried many and just ended up quitting, Then I decided to try this place and now I'm back to being addicted. Just a great old school gym with a bit of a modern twist. Met the owner a week ago and is just a super nice guy.

I’m just visiting st Pete and I heard about this gym from friends.I’m so appreciative of of the owner, Tom. He was nice and accommodating. Great atmosphere! There were members of all fitness levels. Lots of lower body equipment, and I love love love that belt squat.

Matt has been my personal trainer for about 6 weeks now, and I have never felt better. He created a meal plan and workout plan that is both kicking my butt and making me stronger every time I see him. I've had those "cookie cutter" trainers at other gyms before where they use the SAME plan for EVERYONE, but Matt is pushing me into great results.People are constantly complimenting how happy and healthy I'm looking.

Fantastic experience and gym vibe. Very cultured and rugged style gym. Great for lifters, solid equipment, awesome artwork as well as very kind and motivating members. Excellent music. Happy all around. Definitely worth a trip too.

Nothing pretty here but they have everything. It's large and has plenty of space. Owner is very friendly and helpful.
