I’ve been training at TTF for almost 8 months now and it’s the best decision I made. I was looking for a gym that would help motivate me and keep me motivated as I began my fitness journey again. I tried the big box gyms, but they don’t care if you show up. Ray and Megan care about the members and make sure you give it your all. The small group classes are great for a group atmosphere but also provides attention to everyone’s individual goals. Happy to continue my fitness journey here!

My wife has been training at the Training Floor now for 2 years and can't recommend it enough. She loves the consistency of waking up early and seeing a community of friends working out together. The owner and coach are very respectful and push you to get the best workout possible. Highly recommend!!

The Training Floor is not for the faint of heart or those who want to take cute selfies at the gym - “no struggle no progress”!The schedule is built for you- gives you enough flexibility should you have work/home commitments but also not allowing you to talk yourself out of going.Ray and Megan are amazing coaches, tailoring workouts for each client, yet collectively through strength training and cardio. I joined six months ago after being a member at every gym possible only to really not know what I was capable of until I joined TTF. Best decision ever and definitely recommend if you are in looking for that motivation to be a better version of you.

I have been a member of The Training Floor for two years now. It is a perfect gym for me because of the focus on small group workouts. The owner, Ray, knows every member of the gym by name, and he teaches some of the classes. He is a great trainer, and also a very thoughtful one. He encourages all of his clients to push ourselves, but he is very conscious of people using proper form and exercising safely. Amazing and fun workouts, good vibes. I highly recommend The Training Floor if you are looking for this kind of personal attention and not just another chain gym!

Started in August and can’t say enough about the level of personalization and care.I am recovering from a serious shoulder injury and it’s important to feel safe but progress and that’s what happens here! I got basic strength from Physical Therapy and needed more after I was discharged. I’m at the next level with Personal Training getting real strength! Thanks Ray and team!

I joined TTF about 4 months ago because I was looking for a jumpstart to bettering my physical health. TTF and it’s small group training style classes have pushed me and challenged in the best ways. I struggled with working out on my own because I wouldn’t get an effective workout in, have proper form, or change things up. Ray, the owner has been a huge reason I’ve stayed accountable and had a mental shift in prioritizing my fitness journey.
