I finally did the tour and then scheduled and did my first cycling class ever at 69 yo no less! Great staff, friendly people and it’s all about health and workout, no Barbies in sight! I’m super happy!

Enjoy my workouts at InShape>March >quail >marina locations. Weather doing circuit or hitting the swimming pools.All have friendly counter team members.Each are always courteous and helpful. All locations have staff that are continually cleaning each gym daily.I would refer Inshape to my family and friends to experience a good workout at these place with my visitor passes we are able to share.Cool gear so showing up.Keep up the good job In shape.Great workout not crowded.Always clean
