I love this gym i !!! The ladies in the gym really take care of kids specially hayle. The equipment is in excellent condition .... Please add some kickboxing classes or HIT in the afternoon !!!!

I just went there this morning for the first time and I really enjoyed it. It has tons of stuff to do, it's clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

I had my headphones stolen from an employee here. I forgot my headphones and quickly called it in. At this point luckily they answered me and managed to recover them. They said theyd hold them in the drawer until i came to pick them up. When I came to pick them up they were gone. I talked to the manager and she told me there is nothing they can do for me she said she'd investigate, but no follow up has been made. Yes I forgot them and that is my fault, but when an employee tells me there's hope and i come to pick them up, then I cant help but blame management for hiring people with loose morals.

Services at this location have been going downhill. It's always been hard to find a sanitizer spray bottle, but now they don't even provide towels to wipe down the machines? I really hope management picks up the customer support services in that area. People go to the gym to stay healthy not to get sick.

Great place to improve your imune system. If you don't catch anything from outside there is a possibility you can catch it in here.I came to this location with a guest pass. I will never return again due to sanitation concerns.During my visits I noticed that the changing rooms are always wet. There was always water on the floors. Most of the bathrooms smelled bad. I think it would be nicer if they had a portable toilet outside. There are no boundaries or control. People from the gym wearing their tennis shoes were in the pool areas and even in the sauna/steam room.However, if your only there to workout on the machines and don't mind the occasional bacteria hazard, than this gym is for you. If you're swimming, going to the spa, or cycling then you should avoid this place; or ask for a higher standard of cleanliness.

Good people here, professional staff, couldn't ask for a better place to workout. a wholr lot to offer here, love the racquetball courts to.

I was lied too when I joined, they told me they were going to buy out my contract for planet fitness so all I had to do was cancel it, I cancelled it cost me $60, they charged me $81.07 the first month when I was told it was only going to be 20.00 a month and for the first month it was going to be no more than $30, I complained and they said they never said they would buy out contracts but that's what I was told and so I cancelled and then they charged me $45.89 they just want to take your money they lie to get you to join I will never recommend this gym to anyone, I'm going back to planet fitness never going to refer anyone to this gym I called corporate and they said the same thing I'm just done horrible experience, they're liars and just want your money.

I would like to prepare for a cycling tournment, and the spin classes are only a couple a week. I made the suggestion that you do what other gyms do and on the hours you are not having a person leading a class, put on a video that runs hour upon hour, so we could just go there and do it on a schedule that meets the customer's needs (the members).Instead, management said "NO"...because that would cut into the trainiers money. I do not understand that answer. First of all it says that In-Shape is about the trainers, not the customers. Secondly, you are missing out on a huge opportunity to bring in new members. A lot of us are cyclists. Finally, when I do go to a class, about half the time the trainer does not show up. Waste of my time. So why not do this for the members??Gary

All i have to say is that this gym is not what it should be. As being voted the best in San Joaquin county you would expect way more from it. Weight room stinks horribly (no its not because of sweaty people), sauna and steam room are out of service every other day. All i have to say is thati cannot wait until my three year contract is over i should have just stayed at fitness evolution a gym i can expect these things from.

I signed up in July of 2016 & been coming everyday since! I have no complaints what's so ever !! It's a big facility and the employees are all friendly and very welcoming once you enter the doors! I don't feel like I'm judged or talked about. No one there is out of place. I like how it isn't always packed there's always room to workout and the people there aren't rude. This is my first time going to a gym and having a membership and I am glad and satisfied with my chioce ! I highly recommend this location to everyone .
