Awful and horrible customer service EVERY TIME I go in, let's just say if you don't work there or aren't a gym junky you are nothing to them and they won't even acknowledge you!I signed up and didn't even get a tour of the awful place, and remember always read the fine print because they are scammers like every where else. The entire judgment free zone is a lie for I felt judge by them every time I walked in. It's an awful place and you can get more for your money through crunch and in shape for just $5 dollars more and they have way more to offer, take it for me a parent you don't want to go here... you'll regret it

I've been coming to this gym since I signed up last Nov, so about 8 moths now. I recently got my car broken into last week on a Friday night in the gym parking lot. I was at the gym for about 40 mins and by the time I came out my window was busted open and they went through my purse. I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to return anymore to that area let alone the gym, but I will continue to go but now just only in the day, no more nights! I want to warm women especially whoever did this will probably do this again. Please please don't leave your valuables in the car they are looking at what you carry or leave in your car. I do like the gym and I do like the equipment but staff could be more friendlier and smile more, but I don't go for them or the service, I go for myself. Please be safe everyone and watch your surroundings.

I got a Planet Fitness membership in April. I signed a contract stating the monthly fee would be $19.99 per month. Shortly after signing the contract, I found out I was pregnant and was having medical problems so my doctor put me on bed rest. The gym would not allow me to cancel my membership when I tried to and stated that I had to pay a $60 fee to cancel. I felt this was very unfair. To make matters worse, I went to sign onto my bank account and saw that my card was overcharged. I thought this was odd because I'm very responsible with my bills and had enough money in my account to cover all my expenses. I noticed that Planet Fitness had been charging my card $34.99 per month every single month since I started my membership. I called them on the phone to ask what happened. They said that they couldn't find my account so they charged it a late fee. How can they charge a late fee to the bank account they cannot find? This doesn't make any sense to me. So I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager would be in on Saturday morning from 9am-12pm. However, when I showed up during this time, Johnny told me that Leslie, the manager, had changed her hours last minute and would not be in until 1pm. They have not resolved my issue and I am writing this review to warn others about what is going on so it does not happen to them.

This place is great! Nice open space, clean workout areas and restrooms. There are so many perks for members and the plans are so affordable. Helpful, friendly staff. Very supportive atmosphere. Bagels for members on the second tuesday of the month. Pizza for members on the first monday of the month. Such a great, supportive atmosphere.

I just had the worst customer service by the manager named Randy, over the phone. He told me I was getting out of hand, because I used the word irrelevant. He was unbelievably condescending. Needs to work on his customer service skills. I have been a paying member for a couple of years, and I can't believe they would leave a management responsibility in this guy's hands.

The staff is professional and the facility is very clean and safe. There are plenty of weights, barbells, and machines, so you won't have to stop your exercise routine to wait to use something. In addition, the gym is large enough so it doesn't feel crowded, even when there are 50-60 people working out. The only irritant is during the morning hours, there is some female who gets on the bench press / squat rack and camps out on it for well over an hour, e.g. leaves her gym bag on the bench, in order to prevent others from using it, while she uses other machines and weights, goes to the latrine, disappears to parts unknown, etc.... As an ex-collegiate athlete, I would highly recommend this gym for anybody looking to get in shape, or to simply stay in shape.

Wow! I've been reading the reviews and I must say that Randy helped me out just fine had no probs. And I've visited just about every day for the past two months. The staff here is excellent, always cleaning and is sure to say have a nice day when leaving.

Customer service is horrible, Randy the manager is by far the most inexperienced unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. When I wasn't getting anywhere with him I asked to speak to his immediate supervisor, Randy stated that they do not give that number out and that he would have somebody from corporate call, haven't received a call yet. Check out their reviews under the corporate account, when places like this hire people like Randy it will be evident in the reviews.

I had a great time as a member of Planet fit until Randy( the store manager) assisted me last week to update my billing information and got upset and called me the (N) word. I will be cancelling my membership and all of my friends worse experience I've ever had. Go to In shape it's 10 dollars a month without the discrimination.
