I'm still being charged for a membership I didn't personally sign up for. Spoke to Daisy this morning she was no help. She said since it was done online I'm liable for the 21.99 a month plus the 39.99 I already paid this year. A total of $192.93. I've never been here!! Not to mention they want me to pay them another 58.00 to cancel the contract. I will not use them ever!!! Also..owner or whomever you are do not post a condescending remark on my post like you did all the other negative reviews. People need to hear the truth!! *Update still being charged now on credit card twice a month

Didn’t have bad experience before till today. This is not my home gym but it is a gym I’ve been to two times before. people that were working today weren’t really welcoming , the women’s bathroom was not clean friendly at all not even the showers witch should ALWAYS be clean. Ever shower stall I saw was dirty and even saw some bugs. As someone who loves planet fitness it was disappointing to see the women’s locker room and bathroom area dirty. Also want to point out it wasn’t that busy so the people working there witch were about four people one out of the four that was a female could of done some cleaning.

10 bucks a month. Great for someone who just wants to keep active. Not the gym for someone who is looking to get swole and bring there chalk and webbed foot shoes.

I go there 4 exercise. Med size. Theirs tread mills, bikes, elliptical, weight area, stairs, massage chairs, n tan room. Etc.... it's nice I like it.

I want to cancel my membership but they won't let you do it until you pay the anual fee ebee if you already completed your anual year...they are a scam bad gym they don't have enough equipment always dirty.

Love coming here to work out and get back into shape. This place has the best no judgement work out place... u feel so welcomed and safe.. everyone goes to work out and better their self's you dont have anyone watching and judging you here!!!

Gym is clean and has pretty much every machine you'd need for a good workout. Lots of treadmills. Gets pretty packed. Workers are nice.

Had a ton of questions transitioning from another gym. Its like moving from one house to another. Spoke with Stacey she had great customer service and answered all my questions patiently and was extremely knowledgeable about everything! Thanks a ton!

JUST LEFT THE FACILITY: THE GUY ON DUTY WAS ASLEEP IN THE MASSAGE CHAIR!! I get that 515am is a weird time to be working but come on. This is an assumption of course but he was the only one in there that had nonworkour clothes on. Jeans, white sneakers, and a hooded sweatshirt and what looked like a purple polo underneath. There were also folks waiting to sign up, that's a weird thing to do at 5am as well lol. Other than that the place was nice. I'm from the midwest so Planet really serves me well when I have to travel for work.

Nice gym. It's always clean, staff is friendly, and never overly crowded. Good gym for $10 a month. Plenty of space. Lots of purple.
