Love HotWorx!! My favorite workout is the Hot Isometric! All the workouts are go at your own pace with a great sense of privacy! 100% recommend!

Love love love the privacy and convenience of working out anytime I want. Not sure of my top favorite workout because they’re all so good. But if I have to rank them as my top 3, I’d go with: Hot Pilates, Hot ISO, and Hot Warrior.

My husband Jordan and I have been coming to hot worx since mid February to help aid our weight loss journey since having our son TWO Years ago! We’ve tried other gyms and memberships to help us lose weight but the hours or type of workout never helped. The great flexibility hot worx provides while we get an amazing workout in a short amount of time has been seamlessly added into our lifestyle as new parents. I’m officially down almost 50lbs since then and my husband 30lbs! We love it here, and recommend it to everyone we know! We love the space, the ladies who work here are great and friendly & so is management! Truly recommend for you to start meeting your weight loss goals!

Hotworx has been life changing. I went from 218lbs at my heaviest, was 213lbs in April, 2023 and here we are at 183lbs on June 30th, 2023. It's convenient and easy to fit in to a busy schedule. A plus are the employees at Hotworx Sugar Land; they're professional and are willing to answer any questions or assist in any way. Also, and you can't beat this, they're open 24hrs a day with unlimited workouts. After hours you just use a wifi enabled code to enter, how awesome is that!!!My before and after photos are attached.
