This gym is by far the worst that I have ever been to simply because of broken equipment, lack of attention to the facilities and the lack of cleanliness. Sauna is broken about 90 percent of the time, steam room smells like old sweaty gym socks and the men’s bathroom is a disgrace. Several machines are always broken, have two rows of treadmills and most the time only 2/3 work properly. Same goes for the small section of stairmills. Maybe 1 or 2 work properly only about 20 percent of the time. I was excited to see the new changes after renovations but just added a small turf area with limited space wasn’t my idea of closing 8 months reopening and just moving equipment around. The turnover of staff is ridiculous, I have been a member two months and have seen more staff switched out then the paper towel rolls changed.

This 24 hour fitness is conveniently located To home .I am extremeley disappointed in the equipment and especially the spa and pool which hardly ever works. The spa has not been working since may and today is July I'm going back to new place when membship ends.Staff does not care costumers’ request to fix things or get update on the maintenanceThey hide things and misleading costumersTheir answers are way beyond satisfaction but put customers as stupid.Everything is broken or not functioning daily basis EXCEPT their monthly payment charging device !!!!They cut monthly membership without any problem I don’t get the service that I paid but they get the payment without any problemI wonder when will be their payment machine will be broken (Sorry I forgot that’s the first thing they do routinely maintain )Fix everything this week or you will keep losing customers*Pictures are taken today 07/02/2018

Tried coming here yesterday and the power was out so we had to go to another location. When we finally came in today I was welcomed at the desk. I previously gained a three day guest pass from another location because I am visiting town and needed to get my workouts in.I was excited to see a turf. A lot of different equipment in the area for it. I was disappointed to see how OLD a lot of the equipment was. A lot of them were either broken, old with panting chipping or rusting, or needed some "oil". I was also disappointed to see that a lot of the guest were not whipping down their stuff equipment after using it. . is it not enforced?One thing I saw was very popular were the classes. They were full as I was passing it. I will end up coming to this gym when i'm in town, however if I move to the area, I cannot make this my forecer home.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. This is by far the most disgusting gym I've ever seen and been to. I came here years ago and the women's locker rooms were nasty. The showers were never clean, the floors always had large globs of hair all over them. The lockers are rusty and old.... It's just complete filth! As far as the gym goes, equipment is always broken down and the gym is over populated so there is never equipment available to use, which is surprising how many people continue to use this gym even though its beyond disgusting. I left a review on yelp and the manager messaged me and told me they have done a million dollars in renovations and to give them another try. So I decided to check the place out again, and all of my same issues with the place still existed. Where did all the renovations go?? The front windows were not so stained but the bathrooms hadn't been touched and there was still tons of equipment and machines that were out of order. I now purposely drive out of my way to visit a different gym just because this one sucks so bad.
