Pros: Good equipments and racquet ball court and swimming poolCons: rude/ misinformation from staff.Its been more than 3 weeks, they didn't fix hot tub jacuzzi. Staff don't care.Sales manager pushy at beginning of joining gym and mentioned i can leave by giving advance notice for month. After 14days i noticed and showed invoice of annual fee then he pretended/lied that he mentioned earlier and saysIt is just 4 bucks,🗣️ 4 bucks a month( sum up 50 a year).

Please be careful when you sign the personal training contract. Terrible experience. I am trapped by this scam like personal training plans. When they offer you a free training assessment, never accept it because they only want to sell you the personal training plan, which is a trap. Don’t trust what their sales persons tell you. They are telling lies and hiding truth, only to charge you more money.Be careful of those fake 5 stars reviews.there are a lot of 1 star reviews here，but they don’t reply anything, this gym does not care about what their customer think.Their sales manager is unprofessional , unfriendly and arrogant.

Always think twice before you spend any money with this gym! They only care about getting money from you pocket and the management here is awful. I signed up for membership for their personal training class. Before my one-time free personal training session I was convinced by sales person to get an annual plan with $99 initiation fee (And a bunch of other fees, $200+ in total). Personal training is also very overpriced and not what I wanted. (And the trainer looked very unhappy when I refused to pay for a 6-month class session right after my free class.) I cancelled my membership right after that free personal training session, in person, with the sales person who opened the membership for me. He said yeah your membership was stopped butafter 1 month I am still being charged. He basically lied about personal training to get me sign up for annual pass and also lied about my membership cancellation. Btw it was extremely hard to cancel the membership because front desk can do nothing about it - I tried to cancel in person to make it easier but they still screwed it up. In summary, I spent $250 for 1 month membership for a free personal training session and got nothing from their poor management.

This is a very good gym and has a lot of the amenities that you need when you got to the gym. Machines are well maintained and there is enough equipment to fulfill your workout needs. The monthly fee for this club is competitive with other clubs so I found no issues here. The only reason I have this club a 4 instead of a 5 is because they close at 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays. I sometimes like to go for a late workout on the weekends but that is not possible here. Other than this one issue, it is a great club and I have been very happy with City Sport since I first became a member in 2017!
