I’ve been coming to this gym for 4 months now and I always look forward to coming here 4-5 times a week. The coaches are amazing and upbeat. The workouts are always different which keeps it fun! F45 has made me a morning workout person! Love it.

Best place to workout and get fit. Its just 45 minutes and you get a good mix of cardio and strength training. The trainers I mostly work with are Ben & Ryan. They are super friendly, cues you on your form and gives you the right instructions and keeps you motivating through out the workout. Everyday is fun and unique. Keep challenging yourself in every class and you will see your body changing in just a couple of weeks!
