I've been a member at this PF for a few months now and I must say, while it's one of the larger locations in the area, the customer service and cleanliness could be better. The location on Sunrise Blvd, while smaller, has a much friendlier staff and the facilities are always clean.

I went in to inquire about making some changes to my account, and could not believe how easy the staff made it for me! The Assistant Manager, Meagan, was extremely informative, and very helpful. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and how courteous she was.

Can't bring myself to go to another gym. You can't beat the $10 a month deal even the $22 deal isn't so bad either. the staff is very nice and welcoming and very encouraging. the only minuscule problem is the spray bottles aren't always full to wipe down the equipment. But i guess that's how get my cardio in lol

I joined Planet Fitness a year ago in September.I began working out with the classes they offer.Sebastian was my trainer and targeted my areas of concern. I was a size 10-12 in clothes. My weight was 143. Now a year later, I am a 6-8 in clothes and weigh 125.Thank you for helping me reach my goal!!I also train with Natalia. She focuses on keeping me motivated just like Sebastian.I really enjoy working out and feel great when I conclude a session with my coaches.Sebastian and Natalia are amazing. Kudos to you!! This gym is phenomenal, I would recommend anybody to it. The equipment are on par, I love the fact that after you have a tough work out, you have the massage chair and bed to give your muscles a nice massage. You can wear anything that makes you comfortable. I would definately give it a 10/10.

Staff is unwelcoming. They'll smile and greet you when they feel like it. The bathrooms are usually okay. I've actually started working out at home and only keep my black card membership to use their massage beds and chairs. I wish they had a bigger stretch area and a bigger area where you can workout without machines.

I’m recently moved to Sunrise and transferred my black membership to this location. I’ve had the most amazing experiences at this location. Staff are courteous and friendly. I specifically want to complement Marissa and Chelsea. The customer service goes over and beyond and very knowledgeable. They are definitely are an asset to Planet Fitness.

This is an amazing gym! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Especially the Assistant General Manager, Megan! Facility is very clean and well kept! I would recommend working out here and the fact that it never closes is a huge plus! Makes it easier for those who can’t make it during the day! I’ve been going here for a few months now and I wouldn’t imagine being any place else! Megan is nice and she knows her stuff and is super helpful! 5/5 for me!

Love the staff at this location!!! I stopped in to address some billing issues (I was in the wrong). The young lady who helped me was very kind and professional, she even went above and beyond by calling the manager who came over to assist. This gentleman (the manager) was just as kind as his employee. I was floored by the generosity that followed, so much so that the gesture that was extended by the manager and the young lady behind the counter brought me to tears!For the life of me I can not remember the name of these two Planet Fitness staff members but they works the morning shift on Saturday March 3, 2018.I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PLANET FITNESS ESPECIALLY THE TAMARAC LOCATION!Miriam Michaels
