Hi there my name is Joanne Tramontano I am a member here at Planet Fitness and I enjoyed the gym very much but I want to say that I just came in and I spoke with Cashiba b and Sebastian and they both helped. They are very wonderful at what they do and a very kind and considerate. I totally enjoyed my experience. I wanted to share with you this review about this gym and I will recommended very highly so please I know that you have good members on your team chashiba and Sebastian and I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your services very very much thank you again.

Planet fitness I must say is an absolutely amazing gym. I have been working out for 25 years and the cleanliness at planet fitness is superb. Very clean machines and weight equipment also the bathrooms are immaculate. The employees are very nice I recommend this Gym very highly. 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Also the management is very informative , and great taning and massages , planet fitness is the one and only Gym that I would attend. I love this location. It's my home gym. It's never overcrowded like when I used to go to LA Fitness. There is plenty of equipment. The facilities are always clean and I always see the staff wiping dowm machines, mopping, etc.

Overall, it's a good value at the $10 per month price point. At the black card level for $20 per month it's good if you travel a lot and need access to gyms all over the country and make use of the massages. If you're a beginner like I was when I joined, it's a good place to go. Pretty quickly you may want to start squatting and deadlifting, which you can't really do here unless you want to use the smith machines, and you'll max out on some of the machines. But it's a great price point for some extra training if you already spend a good amount on other fitness memberships like martial arts, yoga, or cycling.Everything is kept clean, although maintenance on the machines is lacking. A lot of the markers showing the weight amounts have fallen off of most machines, and you often have to guess how much weight you're lifting on those if you aren't sure how much weight it goes up by each time. I've also had times where the machines get sticky at certain points of your movement, which isn't great when you're trying to see where you are weight wise each visit.The benches usually have a wait time depending on when you go, but that's pretty standard depending on what time you go. there are definitely plenty of cardio machines, so you should never have to wait on that.

I have to say that I was not entirely impressed with the level of service i received from the staff at this location initially. They were dismissive and ill-informed, evidenced by the conflicting information I received on multiple occasions when I attempted to rectify an issue with my membership.Thankfully, I was eventually able to speak with the manager - Marlon, and his new front office manager Tabitha and they were able to resolve my concerns amicably. I appreciate that Marlon took responsibility for his members not communicating effectively and sharing accurate information. The way my concerns were ultimately managed made me feel comfortable with wanting to return to use the location’s facilities because I was prepared to switch it all up. Thanks Marlon and Tabitha!!!

Well kept, fabulous layout, VERY BIG!Although I normally frequent other locations closer to my house, this location is by far the best! It is very sizable in square footage and is probably one of the largest planet fitness that I have ever attended. Staff are accommodating and location stays sparkling clean!Membership very affordable! ($10 ) Black card member lol the way @ $20! Tanning beds aren’t the best, but the hydro-massage makes up for it!

Great place to work out if you're a beginner or an intermediate or Advanced. They have a great selection of equipment the staff is friendly they know what they're talking about they're always willing to lend a hand and show you how to do an exercise properly. The locker room is always clean the bathroom spotless and all the equipment always works....

I love Planet Fitness in Tamarac, its very big and clean, plus the staff members are very friendly and helpful. All the equipment are well maintained. Entering through the doors I feel relaxed and energized. Planet Fitness is by far the best gym I've ever joined. Their prices are very economical. Great job to all the people that made this gym so great, Thank you all.

Very well located, friendly staffed, well equipped. However, I found it to be on the smaller side compared to others, including the shower space. There was also one of the 30 minute express machines broken. It was my first time there and, although I love Planet Fitness in general, I found other sites better.

Love this location. Nice and clean, staff is pleasant and helpful, and there’s always enough equipment.Now, Let’s talk about my girl NATALIA! She’s simply the best. Natalia went the extra mile to reach out to my sister and I about classes and how she could be of assistance. When doing classes with her she’s always pleasant, pushes you to the limit, and knows the proper techniques. If you’re considering classes ask for her, you won’t be disappointed!
