Today I went to to the establishmentand the gentleman and I lose my gym tag. This younger Hispanic man with no name tag ignored for ten minutes. When I was unable to locate my card he refused for me to sit. After an additional five minutes he offered help. When I gave him my number. He said I could have done this earlier but I’m a nasty man. He did not smirked after the comment This is the second encounter I had with him and he was beyond rude. Lack of professionalism

Been going here every weekend for the past month since most PF locations don't stay open on weekend nights. It's a bit of a drive for me but worth it. Gym is large with plenty of equipment around. Employees are chill and keep the place clean. If you're thinking about coming here despite a long drive, I say it's worth it

Th employees are nice and helpful and always cleaning. The whole gym is clean for the most part. The equipment is easily accessible with instructions on what to do. There’s plenty of equipment for everyone and even on busy days you don’t really have to wait for things long.

I’m new to the whole working out scene and I love coming here! I feel really comfortable. No one judges you staff is really friendly, the facility is clean. There’s always staff walking around wiping up the equipment and cleaning solution is always there for people to use. I signed up for a different gym in the past and i felt like I wasted my money, but I feel really welcome here and enjoy going back.

I just love this gym! Can't beat the price at all! I been a member years ago then left cause I had to move.. then rejoined 2020 and I am super satisfied to be back! Shout out to the manager who did allow me to use a lock for my bike when I didn't own my own 👏💪😁👍 🏋️‍♂️ …

Walked in to enroll only one person working. She was helping a customer with a declined charge asked me to wait in lobby. Then the phone rings and instead of placing the phone on hold she keeps us both waiting for about 5 min. Then she hangs up the phone with the customer. She sees the 1st customer on the line with her bank and calls me over to the register to sign up. Then the phone rings again and spends another 3 min on the line before finishing my enrollment. Then another customer walks in to enroll as well and she was advised to wait in the lobby. The customer said about how long and she said she has to finish with me then finish with the original customer and so it would be a while. Needless to say she walked right out. Horibile customer service.

Staff is rude, young and unprofessional. Really wish they would hire adults who are courteous to the waiting gym members and can conduct normal conversation. Especially after I have waited on the staff just to check in and then was told to hurry up because there was a line. Ridiculous, since she (staff) was the reason for the line.

The staff was great at this location. Just wish there was a standard across the board rule with all Planet Fitness on masks. I was disappointed that this one requires you to wear a mask even when working out. This was my fourth one I have visited in the area since reopening and the only one with that requirement. The other three only had a mask requirement in the non workout area of the club.

Practically empty, love it! Multiple cable hooks, enough equipment without having to wait, enough social distancing, staff was on top of their cleaning/sanitizing duties. Felt clean. 👌 wish more were like this one near Miami 😔 Surprised their massage area was closed and for being in Broward. Some PF locations near Miami have their massage areas open. Surprised to get a temp reading upon arrival. Ok....

No lights on in the parking lot during night and early morning hours. It's only a matter of time before someone gets mugged or worse. It's been like this (pitch black) for months and months. The folks running around on the golf cart are not going to help. Too much phone time while trying to provide "security." But it gives the impression that there's something being done. Can't PF put some pressure on the Landlord for parking lot lights? Gyms parking lots are notorious for thefts. Just a matter of time before it's on the news. I rarely go anymore when it's dark outside. Safety first people.If safety was a priority for members the parking lot would be lit up when its dark.
