Best gym I've ever been to. Very high energy, makes you feel motivated to work out and keep going.

We’ve been members at this gym on and off over the years and our experience has always been great. This is a real gym! You go, workout and get out. Their membership pricing is very affordable. I highly recommend.

Equipment is super used due to powerlifters, I have nothing against it, but please get new barbells, and squat racks, straight bars have almost no grip and the metal rubs off on your hands. It’s packed with cardio machines that are almost always empty, and only 3 squat racks which everyone is waiting for. There could be some serious improvement done.

My daughter has been training with Rafael for the last 3 weeks. She is a competitive Volleyball player and fractured her back in July. She completed her PT and the doctor recommended Sport Therapy to prevent her from getting injured again. Rafael is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely cares about my daughter's progress. My daughter said she loves going to USI and every time she leaves her session with Rafael, that she feels very strong and accomplished.

You get what you pay for. Biggest issue is Boomers who don't understand gym etiquette, namely sharing of machines. Seriously recommend management post and monitor and even educate rules of the gym. On one hand reprimanded for not putting lightweight away on a leg machine while all the weights are in the wrong place leaving no space to re-rack. Not a one time issue - systemic.

I love the gym and have been a member for over 6 years, but I hate the new location. It’s actually more cramped than the old one; it’s hard NOT to bump into people while in the dumbbell/free weight area - and this has been at traditionally slower times (Saturday/Sunday early afternoon). Can’t wait to see what Mondays at peak hours will look like. There’s not enough room near the Smith machines, and there’s literally no space near the squat rack. Extremely disappointed considering the new location was hyped up as considerably better; while yes, it’s shiny and new and smells better, it’s actually a downgrade in that it feels smaller. Why pay $50/month for this? Although it’ll be hard because I’ve been coming here for so long, the fact is you can pay half or less at 24 Hour Fitness or YouFit, and get roughly the same. Unless you need personalized training in Weston, I just don’t see the advantage that USI offers above other gyms.

I love the new location of USI! The staff is always welcoming and the gym is very clean. They seem especially concerned for client safety. Well organized layout and very spacious for those using the personal training area. Would highly recommend!
