Great weight room.No idea what the negative reviews are saying. This is a great weight room who is surrounded by people who want to lift weights and workout. Great personalities. Management keeps it running well. Its a great spot.

The equipment is good, the hours are great. Overall ha a nice "barebones" aesthetic that works well. The trainers seemed nice too. Not crazy about the mask policy (when doing heavy aerobics you can take it down around the chin). Lots of ppl don't wear masks there, makes me uncomfortable. Also it gets pretty warm in there.

Easily one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. I’ve been training here for years, with no thoughts of switching to another gym. Everyone from the staff, trainers, and fellow gym go-ers is super nice and it makes me feel comfortable training

After being a member of multiple corporate gyms (LA Fitness, 24 hrs, etc) I found USI which it seemed to offer that family and friendly environment and they delivered 100% and they still do after being a member for a couple of years.The environment is intended to always push yourself to your limits through support. I like the fact that if you have a routine you will always see familiar faces and that makes your workouts even better as there is no stranger vibes going on (That’s what my wife says).Through COVID they focused on the safety of the members and staff. There were all kinds of protocols in place, but never became overwhelming. The perfect words would be seamless experience.Front desk, administrative and owners have done a fantastic job at creating a nice environment. Thank you USI!

Best place for any athlete to focus on specific characteristics that they’d like to improve. The facility is clean beyond belief and is always kept that way, and the energy in the building is even cleaner! Always a great day of working out at this gym. ITS SO GOOD...that I drive from Hollywood every day to be there! that should tell people the membership is VERY much worth it! Thank You USI!
