Ultimate Sports Institute - USI Weston (Gym)

Solid gym with a great location. Clean facility, excellent equipment, friendly people. No bells or whistles, which is what I like. Just a great gym to go and have a great workout.

Have been going to this gym since December 2016, I am glad I joined , the staff has been very encouraging and helpful . The place is clean and with good workout equipment.

I have been a member of USI for 12 years and wouldn’t consider any other fitness center in the area (I’ve been to all of them!). I originally joined for the expert level of personal training, as their qualifications (via certifications and degrees) far exceed those of most and can accommodate clients with sports and chronic overuse injuries. My husband and both children have trained there as well from elementary through high school. The facility has every type of cutting edge equipment imaginable, along with enough cardio equipment where there’s rarely ever a wait. USI has always been impeccably clean but now more than ever they are going above and beyond any recommended measures to keep their members and employees safe. This is paramount to me and my family. Finally, I’d like to say that when you are a member there you ARE family!

I have been a member here for over 13 years. This gym is first class and family 100%. Every single thing they do is done right. From the staff, to the trainers, to the owners, to the members, literally the best of the best. Any changes made are made with members best interests in mind and nothing is taken lightly. I have never seen a gym, or any business for that matter, that cares so much about their clients.Always striving to have the newest things available while accommodating the needs of everyone, especially during these crazy times. They listen to their members and communicate honestly and professionally.USI went above and beyond to prepare the gym for reopening with everybody’s safety their biggest concern during these Covid times. USI has a genuine interest in facilitating all of its members ability to exercise and be healthy and happy. It truly is a home away from home.

Place is a dump compared to newer gyms.

After being in quite a few gyms, I have to say that, although not perfect, the USI is by far the best gym in the area. The only gym that would come close to compete with USI is the Midtown at Weston (Midtown will cost you $180.00 per month). However, having been at both gyms I recommend the USI. Not currently a member of USI but looking forward to go back as soon as my membership ends at my current gym.

After further review of the 1 star I gave; I can no longer hold that position. This gym deserves over FIVE stars!! As a former member of the YMCA (Weston), Midtown Athletic Club, 24 Hour Fitness (Plantations), LA Fitness (Sunrise & Plantation), I can undoubtedly say Ultimate Sports Weston is the best gym in town. Best weightlifting equipment, best cardio equipment, and best athletic equipment! I work out at 4:30PM weekdays and in the mornings on weekends, and the gym is NOT packed; it is only packed with beautiful women and serious lifters. You will be inspired to keep coming back to train! The owners (Sheinbergs and Bush) are great people too! You'll regret not to join!
