Always has been fabulous. As a recovering "Extremely hurt, disabled in the line of duty police officer this place has helped me so much. The staff is the Utmost. They all are fantastic.

If you want a gym to get absolutely nothing done while being gawked at because you don’t fit in to a pretentious body builder/soccer mom mold, this is the gym for you. Or, if that’s not your thing, try deadlifting next to older gym members with no knowledge of body mechanics and gym equipment who complain about proper usage of such equipment. Truly never been to a gym with such a terrible crowd. I’m actually writing this review while STILL in this facility that’s how obnoxious the members are here. Save yourself the regret and go to a real gym with equipment that has been updated this century.

Gym is really small place by itself, on top of that they "reserve" half of the area for trainers and customers (some hours of the day there is cero customers) then you are less of 6 feet apart of the other ppl...

Been with this gym since i was 7 years old...i am now almost 21. This gym is a family and everyone who works there creates a friendly and welcoming environment. Best gym ever!
