My wife and I visited this location when we were on vacation. Courtney helped us and she was a wealth of knowledge and so awesome to work with. we had such a great experience. Love the amenities and how clean it was.

Awesome gym! Basketball court, free weights, all of the amenities. There are a lot of membership offers. It is a very clean gym, I have never had an issue.

I would give negative 500 stars if i could, You couldn't pay me to recommend this gym!! You occur all these random charges I went to that gym twice and they charged me for 3 months I wasn't even there!! And careful when making a review you will be harassed by them if your review isn't 5 stars they will try and force you to take your review down I WILL NOT SO DONT BOTHER MESSAGING ME OR CALLIING MY REVIEW WILL STAY UP!!! It's just a very uncomfortable gym they stare at you creepishly while you work out that's why I stopped going I felt so weird especially when the young girls who work there who are young enough to be mine and my husband's kid would come over and be all flirty with My husband it's trashy at this gym and the equipment is old!!! Get some professionals to work for you not a bunch of kids who want to gossip and make people feel uncomfortable!!!

Pretty shocked this place has 4 stars given how many people I’ve seen leave screaming at their employees. They tried to nab me for $1000 because they didn’t like my paperwork when I cancelled my membership. Threatened legal action and the 15 year old at the counter suddenly can’t find my tab. That lady that wears too much makeup (if you’re regular you’ve seen her) is one of them that’ll try and get you

The childcare at Mountainside Fitness Surprise really sets this gym apart. My children look forward to going which makes it a much better experience as a parent. I’ve remained a member for many years because of this.

New to Surprise, and I love this gym! Aspen, the childcare worker, has been making my kids EXCITED to go to the gym, which has never happened before! She’s definitely an amazing employee!

This business is extremely shady. I cancelled via certified mail as requested and they never cancelled my membership. I was charged once more, so I emailed and contacted them via their “contact us” section on the website. Never received any kind of response so I removed my payment info as to not get charged again. Instead, they decided to dig up my ex wife’s credit card and begin charging her UNAUTHORIZED. My ex wife proceeded to cancel in person where she was told it was my account and I had to cancel (she thought she was being charged for her old cancelled account). The lady who worked with her told her to call me, which she did, and proceeded to tell me I had to Zelle my ex wife the money for a membership I cancelled and refused to cancel it unless I transferred my ex wife money. Then she told me if I did any kind of charge back she would restart my account and continue to charge me again. I tried to contact Mountainside via messenger since their corporate office clearly doesn’t want to respond to customers, and still nothing. They are shady, greedy people and you are a number nothing more. The WORST customer service I have ever seen.
