I absolutely love this gym! Being open 24/7 makes it easy for me to fit in my workouts no matter how busy I am during the day. The staff is friendly and helpful. I tell everyone how pleased I am that I joined this gym.

It really is a no judgement zone. The workout is great especially the 30-minute one and the facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly and smiling. Everyone is super helpful if you need anything and best of all you can go relax on the HydroMassage after a hard workout. It's the real deal super affordable and it's fun. I recommend Planet Fitness to everyone and if you're looking for a trainer or someone to help you Danny is amazing.

Very nice clean gym! I would like to see the staff spend more time walking around the floor reminding folks that they should wipe down the equipment when their finished with it. Other then that there is a nice assortment of equipment and not overly crowded

Very little light inside. Not many people go there as it’s often empty, at least the times when I went. The low light makes it seem like working out in a basement. New equipment! That’s nice. Some of the staff are very competent but they hire careless teenagers to run the place on weekends so beware...and don’t expect anything from them. Reasonable prices but for the money, Mountain Side fitness 2 miles away is really the best bang for your buck.

I'm only 2 Days in and I'm regretting the membership I purchased. Connor The person who sold me my membership told me there was some things I could do and now he's saying he said something else. I have specific reasons for joining and getting a membership here. And now I am considering canceling. There's no soap in the showers. No hand sanitizer. You have to ask the membership people to do anything extra like use the hydro massage chairs. Or the tanning booth. It doesn't feel like a membership. I don't feel like I'm free to do the things that were talked about. They need to grab your membership card and scan it themselves every time you walk in. I was told there was two of every machine on the front end. And there is not. I have not seen anyone clean the place besides the people who work out there. There are signs on the wall asking you to clean the equipment every time you use it. After I was done signing up for everything I started trying to ask them questions and they all got on their phone or started helping other people and I stood there for a few minutes and they still basically ignored me like they had my money and wanted nothing else to do with me. So far my experience there it has been less than adequate for membership to a gym that is supposed to provide all these services. And only two days. I don't see myself continuing this membership.

I have been coming to this gym for about 7 months now. I love the staff and the environment there.I went to the gym last week and ended up getting a bacterial infection. This is my first time getting such infection and it happened immediately after going there. I always wipe the machines after I use them, but that just means some other person never did and now I've been suffering such intense pain for the past week and a half.I have been unable to do anything, not even sit or lay down. I love working out here and I've seen the signs saying to always wipe equipment after use. I think some sort of email should be sent out telling people to wipe the machines to other people can work out safely and healthily.I don't know if I want to return here because i am afraid of getting another bacterial infection, which is a shame. I really loved exercising here.

Planet Fitness stays true to its mission in providing a comfortable environment for everyone to workout. The employees are friendly and helpful and the equipment is kept clean. I've worked out at several other fitness centers in the area. Planet Fitness is clearly the best value in terms of cost and quality.

I love this Peoria location on 83rd Avenue and Lake Pleasant Parkway. There are plenty of machines of every variety and free weights available. The onsite coach, Danni, is amazing. We've taken classes from her. She is always positive, energetic and encouraging. She watches and listens for feedback on whether to push you more or to ease up. The front desk staff is pleasant, smiling and helpful. We love our Black Card membership! We frequently used the hydro massage beds, the deep tissue chairs, and the Full body Therapy. They also have tanning rooms. We use the 30 minute workout routine. We appreciate that we can get a workout in even when time is constrained. As a retired person it feels great to get back into exercising and taking care of my body. It's never too late!

I attend two locations 83rd Avenue in Peoria and West Bell in Surprise. I met my goal and lost my last 10 pounds because the gyms are open 24 hours a day. Planet Fitness is convenient, safe, state of the art fitness equipment, The cage (for stretching), massage beds, etc., I also like the variety of music and television shows presented. I like positive outlets for my workouts. Finally, the staff is welcoming and engaging. I always greeted with a smile and words of encouragement. I am happy I made the switch. I absolutely love this gym!

With the teams I've been on, Planet Fitness has been the butt of many jokes. This location is much better by comparison. I appreciate the amount of equipment they have though their lack of some equipment can be irritating at times. If you're focus is on general fitness or you enjoy cardio or core this is the place for you. If you focus on lifting it's a safe place to start. The people here are always very nice and polite. It's been a good experience every time I've gone despite equipment I wish was there.
