Everything I need for cardio, weights (both machine and free), stretching, and locker room. Everything is clean and up to date. Plenty of equipment so I never have to wait. Staff is courteous, monthly fees are affordable.

This facility isn't well kept and maintain! Go to workout and usually shower before work since it wouldn't be beneficial to drive home then back on same road.When I walked in at 0200 hrs. I see 2 young employees who were just standing around talking. When I went to use the bathroom both stalls were filthy. Then later on to use the showers and they were all filthy also. There was hair and dried up bar soap still there. The Surprise PF is awesome! The lady, name Shawna that works at night is always wiping things down keeping herself busy.

The Great Smiles and Greeting you get when you walk in the door is amazing! I have been a member of numerous fitness facilities and Planet Fitness is one of the best that I have experienced. I travel a lot and it is nice visiting different facilities with my membership. Thank You Planet Fitness!

I am very happy with this gym. They have a 30-minute Circuit that provides the perfect all body work-out. The gym is CLEAN, has plenty of machines for everyone, a friendly staff and an opportunity to have free meeting with a fitness coach. They also offer great spa services. Wonderful gym!

This gym is outstanding. The staff are friendly. The place is spotless with lots of machines, weights etc.Even the locker room and bathrooms are spotless. But here's the best part: I was given a detailed roadmap of workouts for the next couple of weeks AT NO extra charge. I am very excited to move ahead!! You will.be too

Lake Pleasant Prky Gym is awesome. I walk in the door, and either Matt, April, or both are there at the front desk, & they already know my routine. They set a timer between for after tanning to start full body workout so that I dont have to come all the way back out. & can run back to back without delay. April always has me on tan. But poor Matt has to come unlock my preferred members locker because I always mess it up setting it & lock myself out. Thank you both. Exemplinary employees Planet Fitness Lake Pleasant Prky! All employees at this gym are very nice & always accommodating.

83d Ave had the worst worst worst front desk young man. He could not care less whether you're there or not. He's rude, distant, and.... makes the whole time there bad because he's there. Wish I got his name, he is a young African American guy. All PF locations are customer service focused. Not 83d and Bell in Peoria!

I went to this gym yesterday and it was great! I usually have a lot of anxiety of being judged because I have a medical condition but Danny was so understanding and sweet and gave me new workouts that I can actually do I really appreciated him not pushing me to do something I cant.

Amazing staff, well managed. Always kept clean.Most importantly for me, it's brilliantly organized, compared to other gyms I've been to that seem overcrowded and clustered.

I LOVE this gym! Great price, friendly staff, open 24/7, tanning is a bonus and the massage chairs. Wish I would have joined a long time ago.
