Worst gym franchise. Used to be open 24hours. Now they close at 10pm and 8pm on weekend. The tanning rooms are rarely cleaned. Im pretty sure they got rid of the cleaning service and use one of the two staff members on duty to clean. The people that work there are great and management are very friendly but the upper management or ownership should rethink their business model of doing very little while offering the bare minimum in gym experience and customers overall gym experience. They can and should want to be better.

The front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. It's the only club I know of that has the Beauty Angel/Total Body Enhancer which is great for circulation and skin. There is always enough equipment available for what I like to do.

I came in for a workout while in town and today was greeted by, Ben (trainer?)...It was my birthday and Ben wished me a Happy Birthday...It was a very nice gesture as I was totally surprised... It definitely rose my spirits for the day, thank you for the great employee...It's little things like that that can make a day brighter...

Stopped in because I moved from California last year and they stopped charging for a membership so I tossed my card. I saw that they started charging me again, which is fine because tanning. I walk in and there were two men one Hispanic and one African American. Both were insanely rude to me. I asked what can be done because I didn’t have a barcode and with the nastiest tone ever the African American guy told me “download the app.. i don’t know what else to tell you.” Mind you this was the first time he added input. I am so disgusted by this place. Never coming back and will be officially canceling my membership.

Very friendly and helpful. Love the plastic partians between the treadmills. Love that masks are no longer required. And Love how the employees as well as members are constantly cleaning.

I enjoy going to the gym now. PF is clean, and everyone is so nice. I enjoy the equipment, and the variety of machines. Its a place to work out, not feel overwhelmed, and just breeze through everything.

Planet Fitness is perfect for me! It’s never so crowded that I can’t do what I want in my workout. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. It’s super clean! I love PF!
