Check in is easy. Staff is pleasant. Gym is clean and everyone does their part to clean equipment. I like not having to wear a mask. Truly is a "no judgement zone."

Friendly staff and clean gym! Love how they don't pressure me to buy any Personal Training packages!!! Although they do let you know they are available if ever interested. I recommend this gym. :)

They were very friendly at a couple locations, but the one in Peoria was not very friendly.. I am concerned, as well, about the intensity of the standing tanning booth. I did 9 minutes and I was burned so badly. I rarely burn ever in my whole life I turn a little red once in awhile from the first son of the summer, but I never burn to blisters! I am in pain and I can't even wear undergarments. There needs to be a better monitoring system or counseling before people decide to go in a tanning bed or stand up booth for the first time in a long time. Back in the day, 9 minutes was not much time at all. I must have been out of the loop since things have progressed with these machines, as nine minutes is way too long for the first time in a long time- especially for body parts that have not been exposed to the sun in a long time. I'm going to need to figure something out because this hurts! At this point, breast cancer is an issue bothering me as a possibility from this injury. Wish I could show photos but that would not be appropriate. Let's just say bright red and peeling I mean bright red!

Showed up on a Saturday at 630 and they were not open. A bunch of people were there waiting. They sure collect my dues on time??????Just spoke with another member and I guess this happened last Saturday as well.Looks like they don't address issues. This isn't the best gym in the first place so not being able to use it during their posted business hours is frustrating.

It’s easy and convenient to go workout. I love that they have products to clean the machines after using them. Everyone is focused on working on themselves so I never feel judged while working out. Very friendly and encouraging atmosphere.

Great place, love the massage room after a hard workout. 30 min Express area is unique I like it. I had an Early morning experience came here with a friend. Would consider joining.

The most incredible associates. Each of the individuals at the Peoria North location offer us guests a feeling of family. They strive to keep the facilities clean and the guests comfortable and happy. Always promoting PF programs, products, and incentives. I would recommend to all of my friends and family this location to satisfy their fitness goals.

Poor experience here with staff. Dirty bathrooms and it appears the staff always has time to lean but never clean. Was a nice gym for awhile but it’s been going downhill. Today after the way Bo spoke to me after bringing up a ongoing issue good bye you want to speak to people that way you’ll soon be out of business. Obviously he is inexperienced and doesn’t understand what it takes to run a successful business.

Planet Fitness staff is always friendly and accommodating. The gym is kept exceptionally clean and it has a great offering of equipment. Best of all you can see people are comfortable working out at the facility without judgement or criticism. I highly recommend!

Someone broke into multiple lockers months ago and they haven't been fixed. Daily reminder that your stuff isn't safe at this location.Please put more recycling bins around the door and facility.
