I love Surprise Pilates. I've taken classes with all the instructors and none of them disappoint. This location has excellent equipment and it's new, so the decor is so pretty. If you have not been, you need to try pilates at Surprise Pilates.

I started doing Pilates at Surprise Pilates and Lucie and her team really helped me become familiar with the reformer and all the workout equipment. Can’t say enough good things about the classes, definitely recommend if you’re in need of a good workout!

I wish every environment was like Surprise Pilates! It's cozy and bright. It's a place to go exercise and get educated with care. Lucy does an amazing job connecting with clients personally while keeping on task with the routine. The part I appreciate the most is that she didn't just take a class to teach pilates - she's a practitioner of her craft. So when she redirects you, it's delivered with a sense of purposeful-care. Lucy does not want you to get hurt. It's refreshing that she engages with all individuals and doesn't get roped up with a click of people. Although it's in a group setting, it's intimate and feels like a private session. The environment is a safe place to be vulnerable in learning something new. It's one of my favorite places. I highly recommend! :)
