What a great place. Everyone is made to feel so welcome no judgment. Who would have thought I would look forward to a work out. I have lost over 10 lbs. and feel better about myself. Everyone should try Pilates its just what I needed.

Surprise Pilates. What a great surprise for everyone. I'm a stroke survivor and without Lucie and her amazing team of certified pilates instructors I don't think I would have had the remarkable recovery I'm enjoying. With their help, I continue to Shine and improve my pilates techniques. Another great surprise I didn't expect was not only the overall loss of inches but those impossible to lose saddlebags on my thighs. Increased muscle, strength & flexibility are all pluses. Never had results like these working out at a gym. Love my classes with Lucie, TJ & Jennifer - all so informative, helpful, supportive and who make pilates FUN
