Joe worked with me for about a year, and I felt I could trust him. I eventually gave him $500 up front for a lesson package. He completed less than half of the lessons and stopped responding my my calls/texts. I went to confront him in person, and he refused to speak with me. I warned another patron of his poor business ethics and he said "I was no longer allowed on the premises." I have reported him to the better business bureau. Do not give this con artist a dollar.

Syracuse boxing is a great way to stay in shape while learning valuable skills. After a couple of lessons I already learned a lot. Always a great time with Joe!

Great training by an experience boxer. My son goes there and get quality training at a great price. If you want a good workout or learn how to box this is a great place to start.

Joe is awesome guy who you can just tell really cares about boxing. His training is great and you can really see your progress as you work with Joe. I started boxing 8 weeks ago and I've seen my skills improve massively over that time.

Great experience for all levels of experience. We joined to get in shape and stayed because we enjoyed the sessions so much! The kids are now learning how to defend themselves properly from a real professional boxer. Joe is a great teacher and the kids look forward to boxing as much as we do! Highly recommend for the whole family,

I’ve been training with Coach Joe for a couple weeks now and I can definitely see a difference with my boxing and conditioning. He is a great coach and very patient. Overall a really good guy as well! Great workouts and drills with combinations and a wide variety in his gym (treadmill, bike, jumpropes, mult. bags, a ring and more). Coach has also helped me a lot to reach my goals, which was one of the first things he asked me, “what were my goals.” Which was very good to hear when first starting out. Thanks coach!
