Zoom link came later than I would like. Also wish I could have seen the instructor better but the class itself was great! Just some technical issues.

Syracuse Yoga offers classes that are dynamic and flexible. Classes offered for every level of yoga. So, whether you’ve been practicing yoga for decades, years or just days- there is something for EveryBODY. Yoga is such a powerful tool for tapping back into our true essence- one that is often distorted throughout the chaotic tremble of daily life. Dedicating a few hours a week, to yourself, is so important if we want to function at our highest capacity. Every time I go to class, I’m able to hit the reset button and alignment of body, mind and soul is attained. No matter what your schedule is like or what kind of yoga you enjoy practicing, Syracuse Yoga has it all.

Syracuse Yoga is the bees knees Because Cory is a fantastic teacher and I love 80's jams. Also, her class was a great workout in addition to being a very good yoga session. Get ya stretch on.

I felt very comfortable and welcomed the minute I walked in. I haven't done yoga in years and was nervous. No need to be!! It was a wonderful session and I'm signed up for Monday already!

I checked the spot out a few days ago. It was tricky to gps myself there and I ended up at byrne dairy. I was about to give up but then I saw a huge tractor trailer that said hope on it. So I gave it another shot. Even as I walked through the door I began to feel very excited the way I used to at a special few studios back home. It felt familiar and I loved reading the cards in the entry for a few moments. I met a wonderful girl named Sam who was so welcoming. My class yesterday was a gentle and beautiful one. I have spent a lot of time practicing in ways other than my asana but I begin to feel ready. I was going to another studio that is wonderful but creates too much heat in me so that I don't listen to my body and be gentle. Today was a BEAUTIFUL, JOYFUL and CHALLENGING class on even subtle levels. I felt so thankful to have the space to 'listen' to the body but also feel the edge of heat and growth and not be too serious. I loved it. Allll that is why :) so happy and excited to have a new place to explore. I hope this wasn't too much! ❤️❤️❤️
