I've been to three Jiu Jitsu academies in the area and settled on Legend. All of the people are super nice and helpful, professor Noah is great at helping everyone no matter their skill level, and the team is actively winning at tournament. I got my whole family going and would recommend Legend to anyone.

If you’re in the Tacoma/Fircrest/UP area, Atos Legend is the best school to learn and practice Brazilian jiu jitsu. We are so happy to practice jiu jitsu here. My children love the kids classes and the teens class, my husband loves the variety of options for his classes (6am and noon) and I am thankful they have women’s class and evening classes. The facility is very clean, and the location inside of University Place CrossFit is super convenient. The instructors are extremely well trained, experienced and professional and I’m really happy I decided to start jiu jitsu. I was a little intimidated at first to start a very high intensity contact sport but all the other students are so nice and helpful, I feel very safe here and have made a lot of new friends. If you’re on the fence, try it!!

Yesterday was unfortunately my last day of training here at legend jiu jitsu as I am shipping out to the Airforce though for the 4-5 weeks i have been training here my experience was excellent. I had just gotten my first stripe under Profesor Noa and had learned alot from him and the other students who are very welcoming! Thankyou Professor Noa and Legend jiu jitsu for the great time ive had, I will be back again when im in town!

I’m training from a neighbor school, and just did one visitor class on my lunch time, the place is not huge, but it’s beautiful and neat, professor Noa is full of knowledge and welcomes everyone…friendly environment, highly recommended!

Professor Noa is an amazing BJJ Practitioner, Teacher, and Father. He is a great role model for students of all ages in the humility and dedication to his craft that he shows. I have trained BJJ for 12 years and I am currently a brown belt, having traveled the world with the US Army I have encountered many teachers of the art. Professor Noa is top 5 out of over 150 black belts I have met and trained with. There is no other gym in this area I would personally want to train at or bring my kids to other then Legend. It was a great pleasure working with him to hone my own skills both in BJJ and off the mat in my life. Thank you Professor Noa and the team at Legend.
