Becky's care, attention to detail, expertise, and patience have helped me regain the strength and mobility needed to make great progress from a serious mid & low back injury! Before I saw Becky, I saw two other PT's in which I experienced setbacks in my injury recovery. Becky took the time to see the root cause of why my back injury wasn't healing and then started where I was at. When I started seeing Becky, it was over a year after my injury. I was stuck flexed forward because of muscle guarding, muscle shortening, and muscle weakness. With her manual therapy skills, she addressed the muscles that needed lengthening and mobility and with her attention to detail especially in movement patterns she began incorporating and progressing the appropriate exercises. I also appreciate her background in Pilates and found that Pilates has been a game-changer in maintaining and improving my body for the long term! I am so thankful for her! A year ago, I didn't think there was much hope for ever getting my back health back! I've gone from a grocery trip being a painful struggle to being able to go for some shorter hikes and longer walks! And I'm excited to see the progress I will continue to make this year!

Becky has such a wide range of knowledge on the body. I went in to strengthen and repair a hamstring injury and she not only handled that but was also able to identify problems with my hip function and mobility that she worked on and developed an awesome plan going forward to achieve better function and minimize the risk of future injuries. She was very professional and also kept it enjoyable in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend and would return to her again (while hoping I don’t have to).

I have known Becky for many years and when I had a leg issue, I immediately knew who to contact. Becky was very thorough in her assessment of my trouble and worked through that pain as well as offering other strength and mobility suggestions for me. Becky offered many exercises to help strengthen my body. I ran a half marathon during my time with Becky and she was very helpful and offered encouragement. I would highly recommend Dr. Becky!

Becky is highly skilled, attentive, and mindful of her patients. I had previous PT experiences, and nothing compares to working with Becky. She was able to identify areas of weakness I developed from years of road cycling almost immediately during my first visit. From there she custom tailored a plan that fit my schedule. Each session she provided undivided attention, and would adapt as needed based on how my body was performing and feeling that day. She has many years of experience and offers a wide array of expertise that allows her to approach every patient with a customized plan. I particularly appreciate her background in Pilates, which lends itself well to connecting the mind and body with proper movement. This was the key for me in physically identifying muscular imbalance, and then being able to build back areas of weakness with proper movement. Above all, I never feel as though she comes with any motivation other than getting me back to healthy performance. I cant say the same for other PT experiences where I felt like I was being sold a product or service, or just run through a conveyor belt of exercises from a photocopied and outdated checklist. If you want personalized attention from a true expert, go see Becky.

Becky Rucker is an excellent physical therapist who is knowledgeable about the body and how to address any issue. She is one of the few physical therapists I’ve worked with that is excited about continuing her own education in order to better serve her clientele. I highly recommend you work with her at any stage of your injury or rehab timeline and listen to her guidance!

In a matter of a few short weeks Becky took me from struggling to get out of bed to leading a full and active life again. Thanks to her skill and knowledge I am now back to golf, cycling, swimming, and doing yard work. She is exceptional, simply exceptional!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Rucker to help correct some core and shoulder issues. Dr. Rucker took great care in diagnosing my issue and tracing it back to the core problem. We worked consistently over several months to correct. Dr. Rucker also took care to ensure I was following through with my therapy at home. In addition to fixing my issues Dr. Rucker helped me correct my lifting form while deadlifting. Dr. Rucker turned out to be a one stop shop to correct multiple issues. If I ever experience any issues in the future Physio Movement and Performance will be my first and only stop. Thank you Dr. Rucker! I can finally sleep through the night.

Best PT I’ve ever worked with. I started working with Becky after my back surgery, she listens well and is very attentive to form and performance as well as sincere concern for pain or discomfort. Between her physical training and soft tissue work my physical strength and stamina as well as my Fybromyalgia pain has improved my quality of living for the better for the first time in many years. Thanks Dr Rucker!
