Very good but don't have alot of machines for variety

The managers are idiots who annoy their clients for no reason. He has a bad attitude and I hope they get fired so I can return to the facility. I would love to talk to the owner to express that he needs a better staff, more layers and that they think about the business and not how to bother their customers.

I don't recall the last time I was this embarrassed. I wasn't given a pass to work out for the day. I was never approached by a sales rep. Walked out like a criminal for exploring various PF locations closer to my new job. The Pacific Ave location made it easy and Hard NO.👎I guess I'll make the further drive to 72nd where they treat you with loyalty and respect. I've been PF member, off and on for many years and have visited MANY other sites. I'm truly embarrassed for the staff, who just stood there and watched me be walked out like a trespasser. Let's do better guys!

I just don't understand why they don't have sweat towels here thought all gyms had those that would be really cool because we're working out and breaking sweats it's def necessary! The hydromessage is great! Everything else i love so far but i just hate that there's no towels available..... I'm still very new so i hope i still love it in a couple months lolUpdate: the tanning beds blow out SUPER HOT air so it's kinda miserable an not at all relaxing like it's suppose to be i usually can't even stand it. An i am pretty sure that I'm gonna just switch over to another gym and pay the extra few bucks because most the ppl that work here are not at all welcoming an one of the girls that be at the front desk is really rude an for some reason just didn't wanna work with me at all lied about not being able to do something i new for a fact that she could Ann just ya..... Stupid stuff. So ya..... It's def cheaper tho! That's a super big plus so can't complain too much right and i usually don't tbh.

First time at this location, have been a PF member for years. Some of the equipment at this location feels dated - namely the smith machines. The layout for the smith machines is extremely cramped and the orientation of the machines themselves forces you to put the bench directly in the walking path for a hip-thrust setup - I was terrified someone was going to trip on the bench 🫣 FYI this location requires “collateral” for barbell pads - I’ve never encountered this at any other location 🤷🏼‍♀️Will definitely stick to the Eastside or River Road location.

Except for one guy that works in the morning (he's good), the employees don't work or even look up from their phones when you walk in. Woman came in today in slip ons and used all the equipment in her socks. She made a lot of noise, but not one of the three employees at desk even saw her come in let alone paid attention to her or the rest of us. Been going for months every day and have yet to have anyone at the desk smile at me or anyone else, except for the week they had guest surveys out... They kinda smiled and mumbled for those. Broken equipment never gets fixed and is just always out of order. They clean around machines well enough but never under them, and you can really tell. Yuck. Much cleaner than the 24 fitness, though. There's often white dog hair everywhere. Does someone walk a dog through the gym every night?

Always people blocking machines in the 30min circuit area. I ask them to move but they refuse. So I asked front desk to help but they laughed at me. So I asked to cancel my membership and they had a bad attitude and made me wait 20 minutes for them just to tell me I had to drive all the way to lacey to cancel my membership. The unprofessionalism is astounding. I filled out a complaint form but I have no real way of knowing if they actually submitted it. When I got to lacey they said I didn't have to drive all the way to cancel. That fernhill could have cancelled it. A simple enforcement of the rules could had prevented all of this.

This location is absolutely one of the worst I have ever worked out at. I continue to tell myself not to visit this location, but every time I stop going for several months and come back to this location am I am reminded why I don’t go there. The staff at this location are very rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming. At first. I thought it was just me but after watching their interactions with several other customers, I realize that is the environment and culture there at that location, unfriendly and unwelcoming. None of the employees at this location seem to actually like their job or want to be there. I will continue to travel to the planet fitness on sixth Avenue in Tacoma versus coming to this one. That is five minutes from my home. They need to have a training session with this team here on Pacific. My entire workout crew has had different interactions at this location.

Awesome hydromassage spa that is a great part of any workout. Plenty of clean equipment that is well kept. This has been a perfect way to keep up progress I made in physical therapy.

Just moving from California and I go to the planet fitness that you guys have on April 11th at about 1:00 in the afternoon and I'm trying to get my subscription or whatever switched to Washington and I show up to your establishment and the ladies that work. There are extremely rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all and I would not recommend going to this location because the other one that's close by was extremely nice and did a great job and was very hospitable and respectful to me. But this place is ran by evil women and I wouldn't go there ever again
