Want to get the weight lost results that you have always desired? Well, look no further Seth and Vanessa, are the dynamic duo and co-owners of the Training Pit, and they got you covered. Both are master trainers and together they contain almost 30 years of knowledge and expertise as diet specialist & contest prep coaches. “Discipline over habit” is the Pits motto and it comes to no surprise as the gains everyone makes once they step foot into this energetic and contagious environment. There is just something special about the energy at this gym that keeps you coming back and wanting more!Personally, after having my first child, I was struggling to get the hormonal mommy weight off. With nutritional guidance, excellent workouts personalized to my body, patience and consistency there is no doubt that I will reach any fitness goals that I put my mind to. Both Seth and Vanessa together are fire!!! Trust me when I say that you want them to be your coach too!

It is a well organized gym; clean, professional, and without the unnecessary things. The people are nice and respectable. I showed up with past injuries and no weight lifting experience. Seth listened to me and knew what I was dealing with. The process of training with him (over a period of months) was liberating. As I communicated, he made adjustments accordingly and helped me overcome initial fears and discomfort, with knowledge and decision. I made good physical progress during that time and feel recovery and optimum health is possible with time and effort. Working out is enjoyable now and I continue to make progress from what I learned. The value of my experience outweighs the cost. I highly recommend this gym and look forward to training again.

As a martial arts instructor and athlete I engage in strenuous physical activity every day of the week. I trust Seth and Vanessa to keep my body functioning at its highest possible level. Whether in regards to my diet, mobility, weight training, or cardio they have specific answers tailored to my goals. They care about everyone at the gym as is evidenced by their constant willingness to answer a question or make a correction. Their knowledge of human performance is second to none, and the results show in their clients. The facility itself provides the space and equipment any client would require to achieve their goals. More important to me is the environment provided by the coaches who teach there and the people they train. To train in an encouraging and motivating environment makes the process enjoyable. Being at The Training Pit takes the guesswork out of getting in shape: when I do as I'm coached I can see and feel the results. I wish I had this facility and the knowledge of its staff twenty years ago.

I have visited twice as I'm debating to join or not. It is close to my work location. My walk through indicated the place was clean with plenty of equipment. Also, 24 hour access is a plus

I work with Seth and Vanessa on nutrition and workouts and its been a great experience! Both are incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and attentive. I've been able to put on some quality muscle and shape during my offseason through training and nutrition guidance. They were so helpful working through a hamstring injury, too!

I live a very active lifestyle and train in combat sports. I have suffered significant injuries to where I thought I would not be able to continue to do what I love. My quality of life was greatly effected. After working with Seth and Vanessa, I am farther along than I imagined and able to train at a high level. I am so happy with The Training Pit and everything they have done for me! I have trained with Vanessa and Seth for the last 12 weeks and have made a 20 lb weight drop and an overall increase in my mental and physical health. Seth and Vanessa work with you, and are real with you. You follow the plans they give you and you kick butt in training and you'll see an improvement! I couldn't have asked for a better jump start in taking my life back. I can't wait to keep training and seeing my body change!
