Vie Athletics

Vie is the greatest workout experience I've ever had! Every workout is different and challenging. And I know it'll be the most rewarding hour of my day. The environment (coaches, inspirational chalkboards and Insta posts, and fellow Vie sisters) is so encouraging. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, both physically and mentally. I would describe Vie as an all ladies' crossfit gym. But that doesn't describe Vie fully because it is so much more than a gym. Vie is life!

I was invited by a friend to try this gym.andI love it! The ladies that coach are knowledgeable and go into depth to describe the exercises and will come alongside during the workouts to check form. The workouts are strategic and effective! I always feel accomplished when I'm done. And most importantly, it is a place of encouragement, and acceptance. No matter your size, or fitness level, be assured, these ladies care. Not only the coaches but the members.

Vie is such a fun, challenging, and motivating gym. The coaches are so friendly and helpful. They will work on you with your form and show you how to modify each exercise for level of experience/fitness and also any potential injuries. I highly reccomend it to any woman who is looking for an awesome work out, the hour passes by so quickly!

I used to hate working out, but Vie is actually fun somehow.Vie celebrates the strength in each of the members at varying levels of ability. The instructors are great at providing modifications to accommodate for my old knee injury, and for my ability level. There are still things that I am nowhere close to doing, but the coaches always focus on what I AM able to do.I am never made to feel bad that I can't do something; I just feel awesome for what I am doing, which makes going so much more fun. And with this positive and supportive culture at Vie, I am already able to do so much more than I could when I joined three months ago.

Vie is amazing. It’s such a unique workout experience that you can’t really get anywhere else. Yes, it costs more than a traditional gym, but your workouts are laid out for you, they’re really fast paced, vary day to day, and I can usually fit a session into my day because of the multiple time options provided throughout the day. I will never return to a traditional gym. This is the best investment I’ve ever made in myself.

I love this gym! It's different everyday, so you're never bored. There are always super fun, upbeat workouts, instructors and people there. I genuinely look forward to going, and that is ultimately what keeps me going back. The schedule is great as well - I can go before taking the kids to school or early on Saturday morning before they are awake. I jut wish there were more weekend options! This place is super fun!

Love working out at Vie! The coaches are always thorough in their instruction, give plenty of modifications, and are encouraging during your workout! For anyone who has a busy schedule, it is refreshing to have their many class offerings start and end ON SCHEDULE! Thanks for creating a great place for all of us women to come together!!

Vie athletics has been an awesome gym to be part of! Each and every coach is encouraging and drives you to be the best that you can be! After each workout you feel stronger! I am blessed to be part of a gym that is more like a family! I highly reccomend giving it a try!

Vie has completely changed the way I look at working out! I love the supportive atmosphere they create in every class and workout. One of the things I appreciate most is that I have never left feeling like I failed. Each workout has different levels so that you can push yourself with where you are at. I highly recommend Vie and your first class is free!!

Vie is an amazing place where women at any stage in their workout journey can go and feel motivated and powerful in their fitness! The coaches motivate, encourage and assist each girl feel their own inner power during each workout! My experience since joining in November has been amazing and always feelin great afterward!
