Horrible experience. They accidentally opened 2 accounts and charged extra money on the other account even though it was inactive. The manager refused to admit the mistake and was being very uncooperative. The place is cheap and hence a lot of peopel go but there are better options like crunch within the same price range and better management.

I love planet fitness. My only compliant is when I'm trying get in a 30min workout and there are people in the room not following the lights. They are nursing one machine or sitting on a machine playing on their phone. Its like why are you in here? Go use the machines out front, they are free and you are in my way. I pay for my membership just like you. I want to use the room for its intended purpose, get out.

They need to do a better job of getting back to people. I called twice to speak to a manager, after their manager left me a voicemail about a survey I filled out, and was told both times that he was in a meeting. Gave them my contact information to call me back and they never got back to me. If you’re not going to give people a call back please don’t waste their time by reaching out to them in the first place.Update: They still have not called back. Not acceptable! Also, the showers are filthy, and the employees here can be pretty rude to say the least, which it’s pretty obvious that they really don’t care. I have brought the shower situation to the staffs attention and it’s obvious that nothing has been done about it.

Definitely not my type of gym.. changed over to Crunch in Tallahassee, wish there was a Crunch in St Cloud, would move my CF Fitness membership there also.

This is your typical planet fitness, except the paper towels tend not to be refilled as often as I would prefer.
