Such terrible service at this location. Literally any location in Tallahassee is better than this one. Staff members are always sitting around and talking. It’s a total inconvenience if you need help with anything! Very unprofessional.

The 5am customer service rep is extremely green and he's most liking teaching others to do the same. The two stars is for location and their bathroom & lounging areas.

Older male employee did not take control of a situation where i was being disrespected by another male patron at the gym. When I brought the situation to his attention he insisted he would take care of it. He walked over there and let the other guy take control of the situation, and then turned to try to lecture me about how i “should’ve let him handle it” when it was obvious he had no authority nor did he want to take up for me, a regular at this location. He also condescendingly and repeatedly referred to me as “Miss Planet” and made me regret involving the planet fitness staff in the first place.

There are a lot of things to like about planet fitness. I usually have a treadmill open, and the water massage tables are pretty cool. The audio for the TVs doesn't always work well. Switching between the channels can mix up what you're hearing and you can only listen to the few tvs directly in front of you. If you want to watch something else, you have to move to a different treadmill.

My experience at the North Monroe Planet Fitness was pleasant.
