Crunch Fitness - Carrollwood

I was 110 pounds of nothing. I went to Crunch fell in love with the place. The people are friendly, professional, the trainers look the part and know their stuff. The gym has such good vibes and quality equipment. I fell in love with Crunch. Came there regularly. Worked out lifting heavy weights. That increased my appetite. I ate more. Know I am around 175. I have gained alot of muscle and feel great. The staff is always willing to help. I love the encouragement I have gotten at this gym. Next to church, this is my favorite place to be. :DP.S. Crunch fitness rules! I have been to more than a dozen of their locations and they all rock! You can get a 1 day trial pass for free, plans start from 9.99 a month. They have tanning booths, aqua massage chairs, saunas, classes, trainers, and they are super friendly and super laid back. Give me one reason why you haven't tried this place out yet. Go give em a shot today. They never disappoint!

I was visiting Tampa and wasn't sure if my account was able to go to other locations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful figuring that out for me an even if it didn't they offered a free day pass. Clean facility and great staff I will return next time I visit Tampa.

I did the mid-day yoga, but people don't respect other members. It's supposed to be a relaxing meditative activity, but even when the instructor asks people to silence their phones, to be considerate, not only do they ignore that, they sometimes carry on conversations during class! Who does that !?Then there is their noisy, late entering and early leaving during the quiet meditative parts.For me, the final straw was the woman who arrived late after fighting to get in the door, clomped past me and literally dropped her yoga mat on my head. (It wasn't intentional, but give me a break!)My Silver Sneakers Crunch membership is free and it's still not worth it.

Today, 2 employees really went above and beyond to help me out. My AirPod randomly fell in the stair master and Corey & Akosh were so gracious to help me find it which was not an easy feat. They were very patient throughout the ordeal. Additionally, the gym is clean and I enjoy the variety of classes. Now that’s customer service!!

Nothing has changed... loud spanish hip hop and gangster rap constantly! Manager Kyle's response..."this music type is top 40 and inclusive of all genres and age groups"?!?... google inclusivity and practice it.... ALL MUSIC SHOULD BE CONTROLLED BY CORPORATE TO PROMOTE INCLUSIVITY...🤮 …
