Make sure they mention the automatic charges before you sign anything. Im not a reader due to a learn disability and didn’t read the whole contract before hand I didn’t even use the services I paid for before they started charging for more. Put a really bad taste in my mouth for this company.

Gym is very nice overall, the staff has been transparent and great. I very much appreciated my experience my only issue is how crowded they are. For me it’s become a deal breaker but, if you can get past that it’s a gym i overall would recommend

This is the best gym I've ever been to! When they say 'no judgement', they mean it. I feel comfortable going in there and doing my workout. I'm not worried about leers and harassment when I'm going in by myself. Also, everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. They are all very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I am not very familiar with the equipment and they are always willing to show me how to use it or show me how to find what I'm looking for.I also love the ZUMBA classes. They are so much fun! I don't have a clue what I'm doing, but I always feel like I've gotten a workout when I'm done with the class!

Do not put paper advertisements on my car. You have damaged the seal on my window by doing this. And if it would have rained, the paper would have been stuck to my window.

I dropped my headphones while I was on the stair master and I couldn’t find the left ear pod anywhere, so Jonna helped me look around and took the machine apart. He helped me look for 20 minutes and was so sweet and helpful. Turns out my headphone was at home, it was never in the AirPods case I guess. Anyway, Jonna is the best!Crunch4life

One of the managers with the name Americo Molina doesn’t help the costumers . I paid my membership in fullFor the entire year and before this one expire I did explain to him that I wanted to cancel. Instead he told me that I was full responsible for another month, he was sarcastic the entire time and he didn’t want to help me at all to resolve the issue.

I love this crunch so much. The gym is always so cleaned and organized. The personal trainers & people on the floor are always so nice & always willing to help. I never have to wait for equipment which makes this gym the best gym ever!!!

Busy like any other public gym, but the trainers/front desk have always been nice and helpful when I’ve had questions about my membership, classes, locker room closures etc. Locker rooms are clean and usually machines aren’t broken so that’s nice too!
