Crunch Fitness - Carrollwood

So this review isn’t so much for the actual gym as it is for a class instructor at the gym! The actual facility seems new and clean and I haven’t had any issues but I am genuinely so happy and impressed with the Hot Yoga! For $25 a month vs the $85+ that I would spend at a yoga studio I can enjoy all of the unlimited classes! No brainer for me, also Marcelino is absolutely phenomenal! If you’re looking for someone with a kind soul and a passion for teaching others, he is it. I’ve never felt so welcome at my first class! Seriously awesome yoga experience! 💪✨

When I first joined the gym I had no idea what I was doing so I would come in on and off. Now I’ve recently so much more knowledge about different exercises that are beneficial. I’ve also started becoming more confident in trying different classes. This is all thanks to the amazing trainer I’m currently working with named Nile. He has not only taught me different workouts, he has gotten me to do different classes, pushing me out of my comfort zones all while helping me with my nutrition. If you want someone that not only pushes you, makes you really work but encourages you I highly recommend you considering Nile as your personal trainer. It’s worth the time and money.

I love working out at Crunch Fitness in Carrollwood and they have everything you would want and need in an affordable gym. Their gym equipment variety/quality, numerous classes, amenities, friendly helpful staff, and expert personal trainers have me enjoying my workouts and improving my overall health. I also love the "No Judgement" attitude there and everyone is treated with respect. Best gym experience I have had over my many years!

I have been a member of about 25 gyms since I started lifting years ago. I have to say this gym is in my top 3. I don't expect perfection and neither should you. However, the team works hard to keep the place clean, safe, and friendly. If you are looking for a customer service driven organization. This is the place. Caring about members is a lost art...this place keeps it alive. Lastly, the members are cool to each other and respectful

Great location. Always clean and has enough equipment for everyone to use even when the gym is packed.But, if you want an excellent trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals, ask for Nile. He's not only incredibly knowledgeable about fitness but also motivates you to do your best every session.

I was going to this gym for years and even had a trainer I loved it! But then they took their child room room away and turned it into a yoga room. This made it difficult for me to go which saddened me. Single parents don’t always have some one to watch their kids and I feel like the new manager/management fails to realize that. This is honestly the reason why they lost so many people. I would come back if the child care room came back. Such a disappointment!

Nice sauna. Ok machine choices but could be better. Best part is you can get a good workout. Not enough evening classes plus morning classes are pretty late. Class schedule needs improvement. Constantly push membership which can be annoying at times.

Great gym. The staff is very kind and accommodating.Drew helped us with our membership, my girlfriend and I recommend this gym sole heartedly.We have memberships in other places because we travel a lot and if you compared it to other gyms their equipment is high quality.The gym is also hygienic and clean.

I am delighted to come revisit old roots in Tampa with a newly renovated gym. They have an abundance of equipment for weight lifting, and even HOT YOGA. My favorite is their stair masters and the Sauna! The sauna is so large and steamy. The turf with all black upstairs is to die for! They have mats and more equipment to push beyond your limits. The staff is also very accommodating and have great communication skills! I can’t wait for my next work out back at the Carrollwood location.

The mirrors are filthy. Covered in hand prints, sweat. Like it’s disgusting to see all the mirror never being wiped down and just smudges, stuff dripping down them. The facility is sometimes so packed you can’t even workout because there is so many people versus equipment. There are other gyms in the area that are upkept better and don’t make you feel gross.
