Place is steadily busy in the morning I tend to go before 4am to beat the rush that leads into the morning time. I also enjoy there on-site sauna!

The gym was ok. They are very misleading. They'll let you sign up for a 7 day pass and then make you pay 20 dollars because you dont live or work in the area.

Stopped in with the intention of signing up and joining but staff was rude and made offensive jokes. They were kinda dismissive, specifically the guy who was supposed to do my onboarding. Shame too because the gym looked nice but if that's how staff are going to be, I don't need to be there.

I’m 3 weeks in and can’t see any reason to not cancel my membership. From a bad experience at sign up to dirty locker rooms and showers to a $10/month towel membership when they haven’t had towels 3 times I visited this week. Front staff is no help, multiple times I’ve been told there isnt a manager on duty to discuss these challenges with. This place won’t last long……

EŌS is always a let down. They have all the tools to be an amazing gym and somehow fumble it with every location. Countless machines are always broken, the ones that aren’t need to be serviced, customer service is subpar, and the gym itself is messy. It’s the same story with every location… initially it’s amazing and then they drop the ball after they hit initial goals. Big let down.

The gym is great, the BILLING aid a nightmare. Watch your account because you might get excessive fees and you won’t get resolution in any efficient manner. DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD- they have massive issues with billing correctly and I don’t want you to be caught off guard ! The gym is very nice though, they just need a better billing company.

This place is EXACTLY like crunch. Hate crunch. There isn’t an hour in the day unless it’s 11pm where this place isn’t absolutely packed. Parking lots full. Waiting on machines constantly. I’ve worked out at many gyms over the years, Golds, 24 hour fitness, LA, Esporta, Crunch just to name a few. And this has become another crunch. Not very good vibes amongst the members. Trash music louder than it should be. Just overall not a fan. I shouldn’t dread going to the gym knowing I’ll have to switch up my entire routine because of how many freaking people are in one area. It’s annoying af.

I wanted to put on hold my account for 1 month. At the gym when I tried to do that the front desk told me I need to call. I called and whoever was at the front desk at that time put our 2 accounts on hold. Now I see monthly fee charge on my card. And when I call the gym they tell me that our 2 accounts where not put on hold and you need to do it only in person.People at the front desk are completely incompetent, and apparently they make up the gym rules.Am I supposed to call every day and check if they actually did what they said they would do?

I signed up for an EōS membership many months prior to the opening. The main reason I joined was for the group fitness classes.I have been going to EOS for over a year and slowly they’ve been canceling the morning group fitness classes. As of today they’ve canceled every single morning group fitness class before 9 AM.There used to be group fitness classes Monday through Friday at 6 AM or 6:30 AM now NO Classes. This is a very packed gym. It’s difficult to get a parking space it’s difficult to find equipment to use, but they’ve canceled all group fitness classes, making it even more difficult to find space to work out. I could go on and on about all of the other faults, but this one is the straw that broke the back. ZERO EōS, your a dud.Something is always broken and takes forever to fix. The air conditioner never works properly; the lights are out, water fountains are broken, massage chairs, you name it it’s broken. The gym has only been open for a year. I have no idea how many things can be in such disrepair so quickly and take so long to repair.

one of my favorite places, I like the atmosphere, the staff is very friendly. I give four stars because lately the brown paper boxes to clean the equipment are empty, I have to walk from one corner to another and sometimes the whole gym looking for paper to clean the machines. In addition, parking is insufficient at certain times. Needless to say that at those times there are so many people that you can only directly do cardio or do nothing.
