I started going to this location because it’s near my office and I can beat traffic if I go early. I usually get there between 5 and 5:30am. Every time I’ve gone here there are no towels. Why do I pay for this if I need to bring my own towel every day? Also, not a single seat cover in the bathroom. Locks broken and hangers missing in stalls. Also, why can’t there be fully stocked paper towels? I have to go to 4-5 dispensers to find one that has paper towels. This can be super inconvenient when someone is waiting on the equipment you are getting off of. It could just be lazy night staff and maybe it’s only this time of morning with this problem. Still super disappointing. Giving 2 stars because the equipment is exceptional- they keep the equipment in good condition and they have everything you could need on your fitness journey.

So frustrated with this gym. I go to the gym at 5am and you would think it would be clean and organized this early in the morning. It’s such a disaster!!! The free weights from 5-30lbs are scattered throughout the gym along with the kettle bells and weight plates. Trash cans are over flowing and napkin dispensers are always empty which makes it difficult to clean the equipment. We’ve brought this issue to the staff several times with nothing being done and never been contacted by any manager.

Nick and Jah were phenomenal! This gym is great, huge facility, and wide variety of equipment! Definitely better than crunch and planet fitness when it comes to space. Plus they have a freaking pool and a basketball court! Worth signing up especially when they have their open house specials! Also no contract I can cancel whenever with no fee.

The atmosphere in this gym is awesome and I love that I can bring my kids while I workout but my only complaint is that the workers don’t clean the bathroom enough or restock the sanitation area and paper towels which is very annoying

The only reason I gave this gym 2 stars is that the gym itself might be ok(I did not have a chance to explore it) but the management and stuff(at least those, who I had to deal with) is unbelievably unprofessional: rude and disrespectful. They sent me to Crunch gym))I came to activate my 7 day trial, widely promoted by them all over, including my personal email. When I came to this location on N Dale Mabry and ask to activate 7 day trial, first, they made me wait 20 min, after they asked me to sign in with all of my info, asked for my ID. Lady left with my ID to check if I’m eligible for this trial, she said. She came back with the short black hair gentleman, I’m assuming he’s a manager. He said that I can’t have this trial because it was activated at a different location. First of, it never said on that email that it can only be activated at certain location, second, I did never activate it anywhere - I just visited new SR-54 location once few days before this incident, as a guest under my wife’s account.Furthermore, when I asked to pay cash for the single workout since I was already there - he said they don’t take cash and I can go to Crunch Fitness if I need to workout, pointing to my keychain with Crunch logo. You do not treat yo customers this way.

Very bad customer service! Tonight I came to work out and purchased a pre-workout. I scanned my card and drinks as well. The receptionist Julien said all good. I started drinking then I got an emergency call from my office but since it’s loud inside I walked outside for 2 minutes and I told receptionist about this then another member called me that hey receptionist is calling you as you did nit pay for the drink. It was so insulting. I came inside and asked .. Julien said I told him that you did not pay. I shown him that my Citicard is on file and also show him the app screen. Then I asked him to fix this as I don’t want to argue for this small amount. I took key from locker went to car and gave him card. When I asked him this is not the good way to deal since small confusion. He said rudely I don’t care what you think. This is how staffs are. Rude and mannerless! Manager needs to teach em customer service. Will not recommend this hun to any.

I only recently started to go to this gym a few weeks ago but I truly like it so far. I've been doing the G-fit classes for almost 2 weeks and the instructors so far have been fantastic. All of the equipment is new, sometimes one or two end up broken but that is common in a gym where a lot of people go to. Careful, the theater portion and definitely the G-fit classes in the afternoon (after 5 pm) fill up super fast, so book ahead of time. Again everything looks and feels new. This includes dumbbells, step ups, etc. That is great and I really hope they continue to maintain their equipment. The staff is decent and don't try to bs you when it comes to your fitness goals. I really appreciate that. They also don't hawk behind you when you're working out or just going about in the gym which I also like. The women's bathroom gets a bit messy sometimes. Meh, it happens lots of people come and go.This isn't the gym's fault and this will not take off my 5 stars, just a big heads up when it comes to parking and building structure. Due to the fact that there are so many hotspot places near this gym. (Chili's, chick f lay, moes, ups, the apartment complex near there, etc) parking gets SO. FREAKING. AWFUL. All hours of the day. And not just in front of the gym, the sides and back area. My suggestion in this is somehow offer side parking on Beach st without trouble from the police. (most do it and are getting tickets) or gym only parking.Or, if there are plans for it, opening at another location in Tampa.Anyway that's it. I'll add pictures at a later date. 🙂

EOS is very crowded. Expect to wait a while to use any of the machines. Not that sanitary. The front desk and managers need to do better at communicating. I went up to front desk end of may to cancel my membership due to how crowded the gym gets, I can barely find parking and having to wait to get started on my workout. Due to these reasons, I decided to cancel my membership here. Supposedly the front desk told me they canceled it and that I was good until end of June. But then I get another bill a month later. I called EOS to give me a Refund but they kept putting me on hold, they hang up on me while I was holding etc. I finally got ahold of a manager. He said he would give me a call by the end of Friday, June 30th. I still have not heard from him. It’s now Sunday, July 2nd. Do not come to this location. I did have a good experience with my trainer Jordan, which is why I’m giving 2 Stars.

This place is the absolute worst. Do not go here and do not sign up here. I was visiting Tampa for a month. I spoke with Ethan told him I would only be here a month from June 1st 2023-July 1st 2023. On the day I signed up I asked for my membership to be canceled on July 1st. Instead what happened was is I had to speak with a new team member everyday for 8 days in order for them to final cancel my membership. I was then told by Stefan that my membership would be canceled, sent me a confirmation email and that I wouldn’t be charged anymore. July 1st 2023, I wake up to an $82 charge for the month fee and the anual fee. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

Having had membership at EOS in California this particular location is what made me cancel, good job! The employees compared to my other large gym memberships at la fitness and crunch appear disheveled and ghetto…2 stars for being backed by a large corporation that pays to give you a beautiful facility.
