Absolutely love EOS favorite gym and best gym I’ve ever been too (I’ve been to multiple EOS locations) This one being the newest has been super disappointing and upper management needs to hold the team to a higher standard. The BRAND new beautiful equipment is never thoroughly dusted so much it is totally dirty. Ledges have thick dust. There is no way it has ever been cleaned since opening. Gym floor is filthy and had to keep brushing dirt off my hands when playing basketball. Women’s bathroom stalls never have toilet paper. Again just want upper management to be aware of this.

Like the gym, it's really nice. Only issue is since it's 24 hours the recovery room is basically a place for homeless people to sleep like every other 24 hour gymGo post workout and there is someone sleeping, snoring. Checked 30 minutes later ..same thing, same person. Bare feet (gross) using the last chair to sleep for hours. This has gone on 3 of the last 4 days I've been here.Let's not turn this into every planet fitness.Edit: Another morning, more people sleeping in the recovery room. Snoring away.Already worse than your avg planet fitness

This gym is a sham. Do not come here or at the least do not sign up for personal training. I have been trying to cancel my personal training for months now. I went in three times and was told that a fitness manager was not in and I would be contacted. Then I was never contacted. The last time I went in I was told that my trainings were canceled and I wouldn't be charged again besides the cancelation fee. I was ensured (by the new fitness manager) that the cancelation fee was the charge I saw the day before I came in and I was actually canceled. Last night I was charged again. This is on top of having a trainer who ghosted me after I wouldn't switch to virtual training (an other reasons) so she can work on her body building competitions. So meaning - she wanted to have the gym charge me for her to send me a work out to do every week on my own. At the price of in-person trainings... This is not something the gym offers. SO she wanted to scam me out of in-person trainings with no price difference. This is a HUGE issue. You have trainers trying to sell different services than the gym offers so they can body build... Since going in and being told I was canceled, the fitness manager was supposed to get back to me the next day to set up new trainings. As of today, two weeks since then, I have not been called and my trainer Allie. I reached out to her to see if she was still my trainer and her response was "my time is very limited since I'm prepping for a show." Meaning she is GREAT with the fact that I have over 20 training sessions accrued and she will not reschedule me, and the fitness manager has yet to do anything about this. At this point, I just want my money back. This gym just wants to spam people who just want to make a better life for them selves.

I would recommend just cause of the nice price for good gym and equipment, but I don’t like people messing with my money and I’ve been trying since December 29, 2022 to cancel my gym and personal trainer memberships. I went back again two weeks later to see if they went thru and to make sure I gave about a month notice to cancel my gym membership completely now that I was assured by a gentleman by the name of Jose I believe that my personal trainer membership would be cancelled. When they checked it out they said I had about 4 sessions but how am I going to still pay for four sessions when they had told me that I was good and only had two left? I’m going to go back for another session on Monday and I’m hoping this is resolved since I never received a call from them.Edit: march 10, 2023I have another charge on my card after I had come to the gym multiple times to make sure I was not being charged. I was charged for another month. I will be disputing these charges. And I will be coming into the gym to talk to the manager about this. This was not supposed to be charged. If it needs to be said again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM.

Fantastic gym. LOVE the classes and theater room. There is plenty of equipment there so you cant get bored. There is also a pool, basketball court, and more there! It does get so crowded there though, especially at peak times. Parking is an issue and it can feel like people are almost on top of you. It makes it tough to comfortably perform workouts. They need to open one or two more in the Tampa area and I believe that is their plan eventually. If that happens I'd easily give 5*

As a person with an intermediate level of knowledge regarding fitness - I love this gym but find many inconveniences. First, it almost seems regardless of whatever time you go - the parking lot is always full. People are like vultures trying to find parking (I’ve gone morning, afternoon, and at night after 8pm; I’ve gone weekdays and weekends and still generally a problem). Second, despite the gym being not even a year old, with regularity, there seems to be a broken equipment or several. Floor staff seem more like props, constantly texting on their phones and chatting, not really offering any assistance. As the gym is regularly full or busy no matter what time you’re in, you can get around this problem if you know how to alter your original workout when your needed equipment is being used. While I love the modern equipment they carry, im only keeping my membership at this point due to cost and convenience with my work schedule.

Great gym and awesome membership price, could definitely be cleaner and would love it if the gym would have decent basketballs. I know there’s a bunch of idiots out there that steal them but maybe have a system in place where you check out a ball. Would give five stars if there was decent basketballs available and doesn’t have super dirty floors with dried up blood everywhere.

This is a very beautiful gym has state of the art equipment. Open 24/7 that's what I love about it.

EOS has massage chairs included with their black members at a fraction of the cost of LA Fitness. I’ve worked out at both. I get a good workout at either of these gyms but I do feel like you get more for your money at EOS.

Joined a few months ago and have been waiting for them to open.Nice open facility with plenty of cardio equipment when you first come in. Lots of power lifting and squat stations. Not as many bench stations.“Cinema” room is a interesting. They have movies playing with a few rows of treadmills, stationary bikes, and stair machines.Child watch area with limited hours, everything else is 24/7.Only reason for 4 stars is that the pool isn’t open yet. Looking forward to having a gym in the neighborhood. Expecting it to be very busy based on location and pricing.
