My son signed up for a membership at eos in Tempe 1727. He signed up for a trainer of corse they talked him into it. Fee over $1000.00 dollars it’s been six weeks and not one professional workout session has been completed. The trainer first talked for intake no BMI report created, 2nd session was canceled no follow up call. Then the trainer left this property to another property no communication to my son. Currently waiting on a replacement trainer while still making payments that continue to auto withdraw. my son goes to gym and does his own workouts. My recommendation just pay for a regular membership.

BodyPump is my favorite! Heather Fillman and Lisa Calloway Heeley are the BEST instructors. They know how to motivate and are sticklers for form and safety. Sometimes there isn’t enough equipment because the classes are so full. We could use some more dumb bells, please!Domni Newton is the BEST for water aerobics! She teaches at my apartments, too. She really gets to know her students and always shakes things up so it’s never boring.

I really like this gym. They have spinning classes as well as Zumba and yoga. They have three racquetball courts, swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, basketball court, and plenty of cardio equipment such as treadmills, stair climbers, stationary bikes, and ellipticals. Not to mention a wide range of weightlifting machines as well as free weights. Definitely recommend for only $25 a month. Almost forgot to mention two guest passes each time you attend

I have been trying to get a charge removed from my account since October 2021 for personal training I did not receive nor agree to. It has been four months now and I still have a 180$ charge on my account. 10/10 would no recommend this gym for the lack of professionalism, lack of cleanliness and lack of ownership.

This location is no good. They do not care for your safety !!!! My car window was busted into right in the parking lot next to the pole with the sign that says surveillance in use. I walked in and asked to see footage and because the manager wasn’t there I wasn’t able to. I filled out a report and left details and my phone number. Was told I’d get a call as soon as the manager was in to review the footage. Never got a call and I’m never going back. It’s not safe.

I attend a lot of group classes which are included with my Black Membership. All of the group instructors are absolutely stellar.Heather Filman is super supportive and constantly encourages all of her GFit students to take their fitness journey to the next level. Her classes are always intense but she is always keeping her eyes and ears sharp to make sure no one is harming themselves while they're pushing themselves.I highly recommend this gym and this location as it's incredibly clean, well equipped, and the environment cultivated by the other members and employees is super comfortable and encouraging. If you stop by this location, absolutely check out Body Pump, Body ConfiDance, or Water Fit (for those with joint issues especially).

I've been coming to this gym for the last 9 months and have really enjoyed the facilities and the group classes. I have become addicted to BodyPump and really enjoy taking Heather's class. She's my absolute favorite instructor! She provides great direction for all the moves and weight selection, and even pushes you to go heavier, get lower, and keep going! I also really enjoy Thomasa's Dance Party classes to get my cardio in. Both of these instructors always have full classes, so I always have to set my alarm 24 hours in advance to make sure I sign up and save my spot!

Update- ( I go from 2-4 am) the gym is starting to be a mess. It all started when an specific overnight employee was No longer there. The person actually cared, went around picking up equipment to keep it neat. Now his replacement just sit up front on phone or laptops or just joke around with their friends and order employeesNice clean gym. Only thing missing is a TBar row machine or even the adapters on the squat racks

This location will charge you a late fee even if you pay on the day it’s due. I spoke to the customer service rep when I went in to update my payment info on the due date and he said he wouldn’t charge a late fee (It was the payment due date. Why was that even a possibility?) and that he’d run the payment right away. Lo and behold, I’m charged a late fee. I went in again and was told it’d be refunded right away. Didn’t happen. I called and again was told he processed the refund right then. Still no refund. They’ve unfairly held $25 of my money for a month now. Of course they still ran my next month’s payment promptly.Tl:dr They’ll charge a late fee even before the payment is late and give you the run around on refunding it. Pick a different home location.
