Jacob M provided Excellent service while mediating my issue. Unfortunately EOS fitness failed to cancel my account originally and continue to charge me. Would advise keeping an eye on statements post cancellation. If I got Jacob ‘s name wrong check the call long I called the I-10 & Warner location moments ago.

Second time at an EoS. Got signed up by Jordan and got the tour. By far exceeds my expectations and I’m looking forward to using this gym the next few months. Plenty of equipment with no need to wait around even during busy hours.

I do not like this location, I’m going to try another location even though it’s further and figure out if this is a one location issue or an overall company one!! So far half the machines do not work appropriately, paper towel dispensers are always empty or don’t work, the equipment and weights are always misplaced and extremely dirty, it’s really dirty every time I’ve visited; day or night. Even though there are signs in restrooms not to take selfies, I see them doing it all the time. To the so called “Districts Operation Manager” Lona Ness, do not bother responding to this post because other people have also complained and yet nothings been done about it. Even though you’ve told them it’d get taken care of obviously it hasn’t, it’s a load of lies.Kind regards,Crystal

I bounce between this one and the Chandler location during the week. This one is very nice and seems really clean and well kept. Plenty of equipment and still manageable during the busiest time right after work around 5

Take pride in your gym and give it a decent cleaning. This location doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a few months. You have enough staff sitting at decks and standing around, no reason they can’t been cleaning.

I signed up for black membership at this location and the person who helped me was Jordan, the Assistant General Manager. At the time of sign-up, Jordan told me that there was an in-house "promotion" going on and that there would only be a one dollar charge at the time of registering and then in the following two weeks I would be charged a one time fee of $20 and then charged again for the annual fee with the monthly fee in next month. When I asked him what the $20 was for, he just said that it was just a fee that they charged. After the first payments that they took from me, I noticed I started getting charged bi-weekly for $20.35, I took a look at the contract and it stated bi-weekly for $20.35. I called this location and asked to speak with Jordan but spoke with a representative instead, I inquired as to why I was getting charged the additional $20.35 bi-weekly. She told me that was for the virtual workout "black box," AT NO POINT DURING REGISTRATION DID I TELL JORDAN THAT I WANTED TO ADD THE BLACK BOX VIRTUAL REALTY WORKOUT TO MY MEMEBERSHIP! AT NO POINT DID JORDAN EVEN TELL ME WHAT THAT $20 WAS FOR AND THAT IT WAS BIWEEKLY. This location employs some dishonest people who DOES NOT let you read the contract at the time of sign-up but will have you sign your name immediately without telling you that they added additional programs onto your membership. Somehow black membership translated to "black box," at this point I'm canceling because there is no integrity.

wish I could give zero stars. I have one word to describe this place... SCAM. I am going to be in debt now thanks to this place and can no longer afford my rent. this place is a prime example of reading the fine print before you sign anything. I signed up for a month to month membership and they charged me for the entire year. I was trying to reach out to them for weeks and the girl I was texting left me on read TWICE. since I couldn't cancel it on time they charged me 100$ for the entire year and won't refund me. apparently the contract I signed for personal training can't be broken so now I have to pay $230 every month for 6 months which I most definitely can't afford. so thank you eos because now I have to move back home. you have put me in debt. I didn't use their membership once but now I am going to be thousands of dollars in debt.

Good luck canceling your membership here.Chris the supervisor will put you on HOLD AND BE SILENT When HE CLAIMS to be waiting on you. It took me 25 Mins to cancel my membership.According to my billing issues. I'll take Accountability for it. But if you have issues will your billing of payment, YOU WILL BE IN A LONG PHONE CALL PROCESS WITH CHRIS TO SAY "THIS ENTIRELY YOUR FAULT" for 25 mins..And it took 2 weeks for a call back.Thanks to Chris experience. I don't plan on coming back at any location especially when it available in the area I'm in. And keep YOUR PAYMENT UP TO DATE. Including YOUR EXPIRATION DATE since it'll cause billing issues. You will be charge for billing issues.Read the fine print.Thanks 😊

Great equipment and amenities but it's always crowded. Went into this location to cancel my membership, they told me they cancelled it, but anything set to bill within 30 days would still come through, which is fine. Here we are 2 months later still getting charged, and the phone number on here doesn't even call the warner I10 location it routes me a different one.Spoke someone at a McLintock location and they said there was no notes of me coming in and cancelling. Amazing. Now idk how many hoops I have to jump through to get a refund and my membership cancelled.

Here from out of town and EOS was right across from my hotel. I walked over to inquire about day passes and Joe and Michael were immediately available and very helpful.Even tho it was busy which was great to see how busy it was, the staff took the time with me and got me all set up for my visitor pass.If I were living here I would definitely make EOS my fitness center. It’s got all the amenities and a great staff!!
