This gym is atrocious. Currently there are multiple paper towel dispensers not working, a water bottle re-fill station not working, all 3 urinals in the men's bathroom inoperable as well as workout machines and cardio equipment not working. The men's bathroom always looks like a tornado just blew through it. None of the showers have even decent water pressure. All of the male workers at night stare at me like they want to fight me. Most of the people who workout here don't wipe down the equipment after use. I could go on but you get the idea. EoS is failing miserably at almost all of their locations and once I switch to a new bank account I will be canceling.

The gym itself is clean and well maintained. The issue is with the billing system/sales team. I was given a free trial of the VR workout as a perk of my new membership. I tried it out and decided it wasn't for me based on the fact I got motion sick (45 minutes was just too long in a VR headset for me). I politely explained this to the gentleman who had helped me with it and told him I wanted to cancel. I was assured it was taken care of, but alas that seems not to be the case. I was just charged for it and am pretty upset out of principle (its only $20 but it just feels like a complete scam). Not sure if I am going to keep my membership now or not, really sucks because it is such a nice facility.

I absolutely LOVE my experience at EOS, especially at this new location! It's so nice having a bigger space with natural light to workout in!Im not one to make reviews often, but it broke my heart to read some of the reviews about group fitness. There's always one or two people you just can't please, no matter what the accommodations are..The class can't revolve around a single person, yet I believe all the instructors do the best they can with what they have available. Sometimes it's beyond their control. Nothing can be perfect.I've always felt that all the instructors are super easy to approach and are receptive to any and all feedback they recieve. I appreciate all the group fitness instructors, as they have always pushed me to do my best and get out of my comfort zones. It's clear to me they live and love what they do! Thank you Heather F, Erin, Lisa F, Nicole and Gabby for all your motivation! Love you guys!💜

Very good facility, staff, everything. I genuinely love it. But with all due respect Eos your billing system is just awful. I had to get a new debit card due to mine being stolen so I was only a day late on my monthly payment. I went into the gym immediately to update my card and was told it was fine and willnot be charged any fees. But I was still charged my a $47 fee on top of my $22 monthly charge. I was promised a refund for the $47 in just a few days but still have not received it. Not only that, but ABC Fitness Solutions still continued to deduct money from my bank account. This time a fee of $28. I’ve called in multiple times and I’ve been told completely different things from different staff. Most surprisingly being told certain fees shouldn’t have gone through but somehow still did ‘mysteriously’. I personally do not understand how that happens or how that is even allowed to slip through. It has become a burden on my finances due to having frequent money taken out of my account without any sign of a refund. I hope for this issue to be resolved not for my personal reasons but to really to avoid affecting the financial state of any of its members. With all respects & with constructive criticism intended,-Mahonri J.

This location is a little out of the way for me to visit, however it's the closest location with a hot tub. Since volunteering at a charity event Sunday, then playing in a charity golf tournament Monday, to say I was looking forward to stretching out on Tuesday and getting some hot tub time is an understatement. This location was squeaky clean from the equipment to the locker rooms, TVs everywhere, everyone was polite, the kids club was great, my children made me promise to bring them back. Given this is the closest location to me that has a hot tub, I can say it's guaranteed.

EoS Tempe on Warner is a very nice facility and the equipment is all very nice and new. The location is convenient to where I live and having a 24 hour gym is ideal for my lifestyle. The only complaint I have is really just the clientele. The gym is almost always crowded with high school aged kids that stand around in herds around pieces of equipment. They walk and stand right in your way, impeding your range of motion and interrupting sets. If I’m doing lateral raises, please don’t stand right next to me while you’re talking and recording your buddy from the side while he does biceps curls on the next bench over. They’re young and just lack basic gym etiquette. Overall, the gym is great, but I find myself visiting other locations to avoid the kiddy crowd.

The facility itself is amazing and I love working out here. Unfortunately I have had so many problems with billing and the staff being unhelpful that I might end up leaving. I tried a free trial VR experience and ended up getting charged for it and then it took me over a month and speaking to numerous employees to get my refund. My most recent monthly payment had a service charge of $25 and when I asked about it, they said it was a late fee and that it is a problem with my bank and that they can’t do anything to help me with it and won’t refund me the money even though I was not at fault at all. I love the facility but the workers have inconvenienced me so much in terms of my time and money.

Clean, cosy, complete. The only thing missing is a full size gym. They will sell you personal training as part of the initial sign up. They have several certified trainers to meet you needs. If this is not one of them, be clear. Enjoy!

This EOS still smells new and I like it. A good amount of space for working out. Friendly staff and great equipment. A cleaning station with spray and paper towels in the middle of the gym would be helpful. Just to encourage more cleanliness.
