I just joined this gym and overall the gym is nice but there are some issues. First, they have inadequate cooling inside. The temperature inside the moveos room was 89F and multiple people were upset. When confronting the front staff he just shrugged his shoulders as if there is nothing that can be done. This can be detrimental to some people's health. Second, there is almost a rude nonchalant attitude from some of the staff. They talk to thin pretty girls like normal, but speak condensing toward people overweight. I also get called sir each time I go because I'm tall and have short hair. Even as a female, this is highly rude. Even when correcting them, they just do it again the next time. Personal biases and judgements should be kept to themselves and not alienate the clients using the gym.

Horrible gym!! This gym makes phone contracts look good. I went for about a month and then moved an hour away. I paid for 2 months after that, that I didn't even use and the told them I was canceling. A few months later I get an email that they were still charging me for several months after that and it is in debt collection. Nothing like going to the gym a few times and getting charged for 8 months.

Great gym but you have to go during the right times. My and some friends went at 7 pm and it was beyond packed. Grant it, the location is near ASU so that doesn't help out. However, the equipment and facilities are all up to par and the environment is what one needs to get their fitness goals in line. Just don't go from 4-8 pm lol

I’ve been coming to this location for about a year and a half and it’s one of the better EōS locations in the valley. It would be nice if they had at least one more flat bench rack, but it’s not a big issue. As with any gym, if you go when it’s busy you’ll be waiting for equipment.*Make sure you are checking your payment center. When my wife updated her payment information, it didn’t propagate through their system and we got hit with late fees (to the new card which was very strange). We disputed them and got our bank to remove them, but just pay attention to what happens. That experience might have sucked but this location is still great.

This is my favorite EOS I've been to in the valley. It is always very clean and a machine is always open. During peak it gets pretty busy and you will have to wait. The staff here are nice were helpful when there was an issue with one of our accounts. The place is always clean and the bathrooms are nice.

This location served me properly in my time of need, need being a quick workout. So I can't really give much details about the bathrooms or weights sections for I was only using the treadmill at the time, but the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly in their demeanor. The main turf was stocked and open, always appreciated. Most of the machines were taken at 10am in the morning, but what can you expect for a Monday, right? Everyone is looking to reset their week.EoS is my main gym, so I will stay loyal with them for they have been loyal with me. Try them out if you haven't!

Just joined. Staff is great. Lots of dumbbells and a good number of benches. Only downside are peak hours, this on gets pretty packed.

I have been a member of EOS for 9yrs ever since it was Golds Gym. I love this gym because of the group fitness classes and all of the instructors they are all amazing. My favorite in particular is Heather. I've been taking her classes for years and follow her to any location she is teaching because she is that good! She is amazing at what she does because she takes the time to give you proper instructions about the techniques or posture. She's always motivating me and helping me find the pasion for fitness. I highly recommend her classes!! She's one of the best! ❤

I signed up for a week free with EOS (1727 W Ranch Rd, AZ) back in Feb/Mar. I decided to cancel the membership beginning of march because the location just didn’t work with my schedule. I called and spoke to a member who assured me that it would be no problem to cancel but I would have to pay the annual membership fee since it was after my trial. I said that was okay and I understood as long as they cancel the rest. Since then I have been charged the last 3 months. I called the first time I was charged after canceling to get a refund and they mentioned I would and never did but I decided to not pursue it because it was just 22$, which is not the case anymore. It is now June and I have talked to multiple team members who keep assuring me that it is cancelled and I even spoke to the assistant manager Raul who was very sympathetic because he did see it in my notes and mentioned that this has been happening a lot at this location. He assured me on Wednesday May 26th that I will be receiving a refund for those months that have been charged wrongfully. He said he would call me back in 3 business days to check in and has not. I called back yesterday to check in with Raul and the team meber mentioned he was not in and would be in the next day. I called again the following day and spoke to a very rude team member named Ellion. I asked him for the coporate number or email adress. He then mentioned he was a manager so I explained my situation and he said to talk to Raul but didnt know when he was going to be in. When i asked for any district manager contact information he hung up. I called again and he hung up again. This establishment has great equipment but the staff is absolutely horrible and for this I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially if you are going to cancel your membership at any point.

2020 has been a crazy year but for me i have much to celebrate. Thanks to Heather for the first time I have been consistently attending Body Pump and Dance classes over a year . Heather is always motivating and takes the time to show us what good form is. She brings the fun with her music choices and dress up days. I have been to many gyms in my time but if it weren’t for me walking into Heathers class at the Ahwatukee gym I wouldn’t be where I am.I recently moved 30 minutes out and I couldn’t see myself joining another gym so I drove out two days a week for doubles on Thursdays and Saturdays with Heather at this new facility. I am healing from a surgery currently but I can’t wait to be back in class with my gym family. If you are new and unsure about how to get started just come, be like me and uncomfortable for just a moment because eventually you will see the same faces and build a gym family you can look forward to seeing regularly.
