I enjoy working out at this location. Staff is always knowledgeable and supportive and the environment is friendly. Workouts are always different and challenging and it has helped me to improve my endurance. I highly recommend it.

For all levels. this place is great!! Workouts are hard, pre curated, and fun! The coaches here make this stuido. Alyssa, coach E, megan, tori, zoe, karynn and few others will push you to your limits! Overall great experience with F45 tempe townlake!! You guys rock!

Coach E is truly the best and presents himself in a professional manner. He is constantly pushing everyone to give it their all. His motivation is what keeps me going and I wouldn’t be able to get through each class if it wasn’t for him and the other coaches. They’re all truly amazing. Thank you all for everything. I will never go anywhere else as long as you’re all there.

I was finally able to catch a class with two of my favorite F45 Coaches. Coach E and Coach Alyssa are a great duo! They know how to push and encourage you throughout the entire workout, and aren’t afraid to call you out if you aren’t lifting heavy enough. I’m so glad I was able to catch a class with them tonight.
